DBL Check

Had a great experience working with Aaron; he is experienced, professional, and courteous. He…read morereally takes the time to explain everything and is very thoughtful and thorough in his approach. Our tenants were worried about allergies that they thought resulted from mold in the HVAC unit. Aaron was able to quickly put me in his schedule and promptly followed up with a thorough inspection report, confirming that he didn't see any mold in the airways and that no further remediation was needed. He also outlined a plan for the HVAC team to follow to stop further mold growth. I recommend DBL Check without hesitation.

Allan was amazing to work with…read more While buying a new build home from a builder I reached out to several inspectors on Yelp to price out an inspection. Allan was very responsive throughout the entire process, and was available to discuss services with him 15 minutes after submitting. Pricing and payment was transparent and a smooth process. The inspection report was very thorough with pictures and written in terms I could understand. Allan checked items I wouldn't have even considered and made several ongoing maintenance suggestions. He used a drone to inspect the roof, thermal cameras to inspect HVAC and insulation, electrical outlets, water systems, appliances, etc. Discovered several items I wouldn't have noticed (or at least not until they became serious issues). I felt as if Allan was inspecting the house from the perspective he was going to buy it himself, and left no stone unturned. Highly recommend DLB Check.

A 5-star review is certainly not enough stars for the work of Fusion Environmental Engineering…read moreGroup. Due to mold infestation in our HVAC system and duct work, cleaning the duct work was not a viable option. After conducting extensive online research, Fusion Environmental Engineering Group in the Austin, Texas area was selected to evaluate and test the air in our house for mold. Fusion Environmental Group provides Residential and Commercial Mold Inspections, Indoor Air Quality Inspections, Residential Asbestos Inspections, VOCs, and Formaldehyde Testing. The Austin Fusion team of Rick Weir, Mold Inspection Consultant, and Chantell Kirwyn (Tamer of Details) were outstanding in their interactions with us throughout the entire process. Rick Weir conducted extremely thorough mold and air quality inspections. Rick and Chantell are a joy to work with. I cannot say enough good things about Cary Kraft, Senior Project Manager. Cary Kraft's clear and in-depth communication throughout the project provided us with peace of mind. Cary also ensured that we would know every detail regarding the project so that there would not be any surprises. We never expected we would ever need an Environmental Engineering company in our lifetime. The Fusion team made the mold inspection and step-by-step process as painless as possible. If you are unfortunate enough to experience a mold problem that requires professional analysis, rest assured Fusion Environmental Engineering Group is the first company you should call. I highly recommend Fusion Environmental Engineering Group.

He is timely with his communication as well, both in text and email. His protocol work is extremely detailed. We got comments from all of the restoration vendors we got quotes from that the protocol was thorough and easy to follow, so we found the value of the price paid well worth it. We recommend him and his company!

As a respected Realtor, it's imperative that I work with the best inspectors so that my clients can…read morebe well informed about the asset they are purchasing... Most recently RIS helped me and a client building a new construction home. Even though the builder that we worked with is extremely reputable...all builders across the board need a check and balance system besides the city inspector. This was the case here. RIS helped my clients not only get a great product but peace of mind at the same time. They're even going to have our inspector Harold, come back at the 10 month mark to turn in their one year fix-it list to the builder. RIS has such an array of types of inspections, it's just one of the reasons I recommend them! PLEASE call RIS before you purchase any piece of property and also before you sell. I used Home Run on my new build for my initial home buying inspection and for my 1 year inspection…read more Both times they were timely, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful! They detailed everything on their report in a way that was easy for me to present to the builder and for the builder to follow up and make necessary repairs. I would especially like to note how important it was for me to add the sewer line inspection. The added cost was SO insignificant compared to the $14k repair that was needed based on the inspection findings. Thankfully Home run found it and gave me all of the info I needed to submit it to the builder for warranty repair. It helped me save out of pocket expenses down the road AND the frustration of plumbing issues that could have been caused. This was in addition to the rest of their findings that the builder responded to and repaired promptly. All in all, the initial inspection and the warranty inspection saved me tens of thousands of dollars and gave me peace of mind in my home
