This location is on West side of 2nd Ave between 81st and 82nd. I posted the current menu (see photo). The server was very nice guy. We got the salted caramel deluxe which was delicious. Great place for grab and go dessert.

Can't go wrong with soft chewy cookies. There's lots of flavors to choose from. Cookies are sweet but I haven't met a cookie that isn't. Mera's tip: dunk in coffee

First had these in a college town and now they always remind me of late nights. Open til 1am and the cookies are always warm and soft! There's nothing super special about these; they're just good cookies and nostalgic for me.

My favorite location to get some insomnia cookies!! I love their cookies! I'm a big fan of chocolate chip but hands down their peanut butter is my favorite! Warming them up makes them taste even better! I love that you can order online and pick them up! I've ordered online a couple of times but this time I just went inside...thank god there wasn't a line like there usually is hence why I order to pickup. I also love the fact that there right next to Pinkberry! Can't beat that!

How many times have I been in here? When I want a just the right size and price cookie, this is my go to place. I'm a fan of the Chocolate Chunk and M&M. I like the Peanut Butter Cup too. I didn't see it today. I figured two was enough anyway. One for today and one for tomorrow. Only one customer allowed inside at a time. You must wear a mask. Credit card only!! You can get a box of six cookies for $12. I paid $4.90 with tax for two. That's all I need for now. The customer service is basic, get down to business, complete the transaction, and hit the door. That's perfectly fine with me! Like I said, the cookies are good, the price is right and it's seamless service. I'm a fan and will return!

Pretty dang good cookies! I thought they were a little better a few years ago, but no complaints. This is a decent location with decent service. Obviously it's mainly takeout, so the ambiance is, you know, take out lol.

I Ordered a double chocolate chip cookie which was very soft, thin, and had a good flavor. The second cookie i ordered was the vegan double chocolate chunk; which was a lot smaller than the regular cookie. The vegan cookie tasted more like a brownie cookie which i really liked. Nice little cookie spot to try. The cookies were good but no wow factor.

How on earth do these people keep their jobs? Cookies are really good but the staff is absolutely atrocious and of the two times I've went in here I left with my blood boiling which brings me to this post. Covid is real and trust me I am an NYC ICU nurse. I get it! But do not use it as an excuse to be a nasty teeth sucking snarling disgruntled cookie slinger. I'm done with you girl. First experience: Early evening a week ago. Walked by and saw no line. I peek in the store and the prior customer is wrapping up. I legit hold the door open for the family making their way out. I do not enter until they are out. Then I step up to the counter and was greeted by the Queen Bee herself. "Excuse me mam! Jaw roll. We only let one person at a time in here. Eye roll" I apologized but um I was just holding the door open. Soooo awkward and my nerves hit. I just wanna get outta there. I order a couple cookies I see on the menus and was just snapped at. We outta those! I pick a few more and just get out. I don't even eat cookies much and got em for my man with the munchies. Never again. .... Second experience: Ok so now my guy is hooked. Because the cookies are that damn good. We walked by last night 5-21-21 around 8pm. After a super fun date. We are feeling good and maybe had couple margaritas in us. Just happy and now my guy wants cookies. The place was empty. I now know the one person/party rule. I don my mask and my guy already has his on. But his nose is showing. Oops! Guess who greets us? Queen bee herself and she is pissed off again at the mere presence of a customer. "Excuse me sir! You need to cover your whole face!" I try to fix it myself all startled. The sweet guy he is he apologized and was like it's all good I'm sorry. I'm vaccinated......ok here we go.... She starts to go off on him. I can't even with this girl and walk the F out. This business needs to recognize that the gelato place on the block has a line around the corner and the other desert places in the hood are flourishing. It's a desert Mecca in NYC that people flock to. The staff here has a cancer of an employee that will ruins this place. Bye

Usually get insomnia whenever I'm in the city, but I decided to get the delivery version and it was good except it came extra late and had to call customer service to find where it is. Once I received it, it wasn't as fresh as I thought it would be but it was neatly packed

I've never tried a Japanese cheesecake before and was extremely excited to be able to pick up some treats for my coworkers as well as my partner's birthday cake from Keki. Ordering is fairly straightforward and done with a simple machine outfront. Once your order is ready one of the staff members hands it to you through a window; there is no inside area accessible to customers but our food came quickly and we took it back to the office. The cheesecake was fantastic. I read a bit about the background of the shop online and how the owner really cares about using high-quality ingredients, specifically dairy. It was justas described, light and bouncy. I enjoyed how it was not overly sweet and found that it was all too easy to devour the entire cake over the course of two days. Despite it not having much weight to it, it traveled surprisingly well as I took it home on my three train commute! Similar to what others have said, the real highlight of the shop, in my opinion, are their cream puffs. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but the outer layer was thin yet had a nice little crunch to it. We tried the classic milk, cookies & cream pistachio and ube flavors. Our favorite was the pistachio by far, which had such a unique yet decadent flavor and our second favorite was the milk cream puff. There's not much else I can say other than you really have to go here and try the desserts yourself. If you're a fan of Japanese desserts that are rich yet not too sweet, you'll be a fan of Keki.

And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! FYI - there are two unisex restrooms in the rear for customers to use with really cute wallpapers too.

We ordered potted rose milk tea to share, Dubai affogato and Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crêpes Cake. We came on a Friday around 4pm. Originally I wanted to try the strawberry matchamisu, however, was told that it sold out. What a bummer. The rose milk tea came with a themed pot and cups which is really cute. The rose fragrant smelled so good and the milk tea also tasted good and has a hint of rose taste. The cake was good, the boba was well cooked, chewy and flavorful! This time there was an unpleasant experience. At first when the Dubai affogato was served, we did not realize that the amount of the coffee was little until we saw another customer's dish that the volume of their coffee looked significantly more than ours. My friend brought it to the waitress attention but the waitress brushed it off and did not acknowledge our concern. When we finished and were about to leave, the same waitress came over and showed us that the container of the coffee was different and hence the volume of the coffee looked different. At this point, we did not care for it anymore. We would have been fine if the staff acknowledged our concern. We thought that maybe using standardized containers for the coffee would avoid this problem. Other than that, the food and drinks were good.
