We hired George on Saturday evening to mount our 86" tv and he originally wanted to charge $150 but…read moreI asked to do it for $120 which he agreed to. When arriving he set up the tv mount but as he was mounting it in the wall it took 5 extra holes (making it 9 holes) to get it in the stud. But when he did the top screws were curved in and not centered. Not only that but the tv mount wasn't even leveled correctly. When George and his partner in crime were unboxing the tv all was fine until his partner clearly was struggling to carry the tv. That's when George pointed out the damaged tv on his partner side but they both blamed it on the people who delivered the tv and refused to take any responsibility constantly going back and forth with my wife about it which was really unprofessional. Like they're gonna tell me that they took it out the box and didn't know there was a large crack on the edges? No his partner had to point it out if it was clearly already there which makes this a horrible lie. On top of that George left afterwards leaving all these holes in the wall saying "I'll come back later to fix it when the new tv comes". I've been trying to contact him to patch the walls up and he said he'd be available Tuesday. But when the day comes he said he doesn't know when he'll be done with his current job and has yet to contact me back. Would not recommend George to anyone unless you want to be the next victim.

I eventually came across Elevated Audio Video on yelp due to the amount of positive reviews. I'm always skeptical of reviews because of the many fake/paid reviews on yelp. The owner, Jeremy Collado, provided a fair and reasonable estimate and so I decided to schedule an appointment. To my amazement an appointment was available the following day, Saturday, which I immediately booked. Jeremy did a great job mounting my 75 inch television above my fireplace and my 65 inch television in my master bedroom. Jeremy took his time to make sure the television was mounted safely, securely, and leveled. Jeremy takes pride in the quality of his work and customer service and it shows. Rick and his crew are a solid group of guys…read more I hired them to run shielded CAT6A and speaker wiring in my new Palm Springs house. The project included 15 Ethernet drops across six rooms and 1900 sq ft, audio speaker wiring, and height speaker installation. The work turned out very well overall. What stands out most was Rick's accountability to the job and for the work of his crew. He was communicative, kept me informed throughout the job, and made absolutely sure any issues I had were addressed. Rick's team also tested every cable run with a Fluke tester and verified that each run was properly shielded and capable of 10 Gbps performance. They were also attentive to the smaller cosmetic detail requests, including cable color, outlet style, and the specific placement of wall jacks. Although just about everything is expensive nowadays, the pricing for the scope and quality of work was reasonable. It was a pleasure working with these guys -- I'd definitely hire them again for any future data cabling, audio, camera installation work.
