Just want to start by saying that I have very high standards when it come to service expectations and quality from just about any company I directly choose to hire and most importantly bring into my home. We have been receiving services from Insight Pest Solutions for over a year now. When working directly with their customer service department to schedule our maintenance services the staff are very professional and knowledgeable. Anytime we request treatment services the technicians come out and give us detailed description of the service they will be performing. Our favorite technician is Terry King. Not only does Terry do an outstanding job but he respects our home and goes above and beyond to make sure we are EXTREMELY satisfied with the service. While maintaining professionalism, and addressing our pest control concerns Terry's number goal is to ensures that we are 100% satisfied. We highly trust Insight and take advantage of their promotions and cannot see us being happier with any other Pest Control company. Terry is definitely the type of employee any company wants to hire when it comes to face to face service interaction. I am very picky about various companies, services I use, especially in my home. Insight came by with a deal that was excellent, and I've since had service twice. They were easy & fast to schedule with. The technician (Terry!!!) is really knowledgeable, helpful, thorough and kind. He sprayed for bugs inside and outside, very thoroughly, and even noticed a few things I hadn't seen/thought of. I received a call after my first service from the manager, Brian, who was very helpful too, and provided his cell number to call if I had any issues at all. I also had to call in between regular quarterly services, since I had found four beehives, and they were quick to come out (the very next morning) and remove all hives, spray and leave powder/residue. That fixed the problem immediately. I would highly recommend Insight, especially because they guarantee bug-free every day of the year, not only during the quarterly services (you can call anytime in between if you're seeing anything). read more

To be clear - this is our second service; the first was after a local sales canvass over the summer. We signed up for a full year of service. I don't feel like a 5-star rating is appropriate for the company's initial customer acquisition (Door-to-door; "we're in the neighborhood and can spray your house today" thing), but a full star removal (would love to give a 4 1/2) is a bit unfair in my opinion. That said, our most recent service (Nov. 2017) is what the review is primarily for... Terry King was incredibly professional and sociable! He listened to our concerns and thoroughly explained the treatment, but was also extremely friendly and made us laugh. He also explained - as we have a substantial number of spiders - the timeline for that treatment, and when to call back for if we didn't see a substantial enough change. We will definitely have Terry and Insight back for future treatments and will recommend to friends. read more

I called Insight Pest Solutions to have a tech come and tell me why we had hundreds of flies and yellow jackets enjoying our backyard patio and deck. After examining the areas of concern, Kevin Houlihan discovered it was a tree fungus that was drawing all these flying pests into our yard...the first time this had ever happened to us. So now to call an Arborist to eliminate this problem so the pests will leave our backyard to us once again. Kevin Houlihan is a professional who listens to the Client and applies all his efforts to remediate the situation. He did find one yellow jacket nest and treated that for us. He is an employee that should be cloned for he did a terrific job addressing all the areas I was concerned about. I will be requesting Kevin Houlihan for our Fall Scheduled visit for certain! read more

Terry King from the Chicago Burbs! Everyone has always been nothing but great in every interaction my husband and I have had with Insight, be it phone or in person, but Terry takes the cake! Nicest person ever, felt like I was being treated more as a friend than a customer. He provided excellent service to our property, and let us know about upcoming summer promotions (which I will be taking advantage of!!) without ever coming off as a "salesperson" trying to push something on us. I honestly never fill these surveys out, and we've been using Insight for about 3 years, but he was such a lovely man there's no way I couldn't pass on the opportunity to let the company know. I have just had Mike Hurst come out for service of my house. It was scheduled from 3:00 to 5:00 PM. Mike called me at about 1:40 PM and agreed to care of exterior area. He patiently waited for me outside of my house until I got home so that he could inspect any mice under the crawlspace. Mike did a good job in answering my concern and explain to me in details how how he did the work. There were many mice under the crawlspace last year. Since I have insight pest Solution work on my house, there have not been any indication of pest activities. Well job done. Any money spent on Insight Pest Solutions is a well money spent. Have been using Insight for over a year now. This is the first time we've had a pest issue and it required several visits by Insight Technicians. The Insight Service Manager was very helpful and followed up numerous times to see how the issue was progressing and quickly scheduled follow up visits to ensure the problem was under control. All 3 of the technicians that came out, Terry King, Kevin Houlihan, and Joseph Schwager were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and very customer service focused. Excellent customer service! I got the first service couple of months back. I noticed bug issues in the kitchen area and I called insight. They scheduled a technician promptly. Terry the technician was extremely friendly and professional. He explained clearly what he was doing, identifying issues such as wasp nests in not-easily visible areas around the house and explained the safety of the spray he was using. I hope I dont have to call them again but even if I do, I feel like they are really willing to take care of their customers. read more

We had our first service provided by Insight Pest today. We've spent the last 2 years working with Orkin. Although we have no major pest issues, we do like regular visits in order to maintain a pest free home. Insight does exactly what they advertise. They arrive on time and their service is great. I used to treat my own home. Then, I decided to save myself the time & effort spent on DIY. For a little more than it would cost doing it on my own, Insight does the job for me. I can tell when talking with the technicians, they are very well trained. Sometimes, they'll even spot something I missed, like wasps nesting on the eve's. Technician Terry was professional, and fun to talk to, as well. Worth the money.. 5 stars! read more

I came across insight through a door to door salesperson, so, I was skeptical to say the least! I'm glad I did! They did a thorough job inside and out! No more silverfish or those nasty little spiders. On my most recent treatment I had Terry notice that I had bees coming in and out of my soffit. He doused that with some powder and the bees are no more. He went above and beyond and I appreciated it that. It was something that some companies are lacking and I'm happy he did. I love Insight. My neighborhood is full of ants. Terry King has come out to my house for a coupe of applications and he's awesome. We have signed up with Insight Pest Solution late May. So far their techs have always been ontime. Customer service is courteous and with listening skills. What else one can ask for. July 6th 7pm their Tech Kevin provided us lots of useful information and tips while he came over to deal with a re-service request. On January 19th, we had Terry and Dillon come to our home for our annual pest treatment. I asked them to clean out the cellar window wells and put down some extra mouse traps in the garage that had gotten thrown out earlier in the year.
