The recruiters at Insight Global are fantastic. If you have IT experience and need a change you need to call them. Orlando office is located downtown (parking is around the side of the building; available spots will not appear until you get to the 4th floor; there is an elevator on every floor from the parking garage side that you can take up to the 15th floor). Everyone that I have met / spoken to at this office has been very friendly and polite. I went to the Orlando office to interview for one position but ended up getting a much better position via contract through Insight Global. The opportunities that Insight Global offers are real not the $10/hr positions where you're in a call center; Insight Global has the opportunities and clients waiting to meet and hire you if you have real IT skills. read more

I have dealt with a lot of recruiting agencies in town and abroad and never had such an immense group of unprofessional people. No communication, constant lies about how I was submitted and never was etc... It took contacting the main office for anyone to respond. 3 recruiters later and it's gotten worse. They hire pretty faces, not recruiters. They run a 2 tier system (account manager AND recruiter) not simply a recruiter who has the skills to maintain both a relationship with you AND the hiring manager. What this means is you don't get any type of relationship at all. It's a cattle call setup so not very personal. Good luck finding work with them. I don't care how pretty you are, if you can't stay true to your work you're pretty worthless. read more
