It was just clothing including bras. They ended up using $60 worth of packing peanuts to make sure the bras wouldn't shift around. As you can see the box is full of clothing, all three of the boxes were full. Nobody needed packing peanuts, which were slipped into the boxes in the back room behind my back. I said no, we did not ship the bins and she tried to argue with me and got smart in the mouth that I wasn't listening to her gaslight me. It's disgusting and I told her that it was a rip off and it was. At least they could say, would you like packing peanuts and I would say no. They took advantage and they lost a customer. And $9.99 to tip a bin into a box is ridiculous. Labor.

Their customer service team is extremely knowledgeable and consistently provides clear shipping options along with transparent pricing. For the past five years, I have trusted their recommendations--and they have never let me down. Most importantly, their proactive guidance has been invaluable during global challenges. With their help, I was able to reroute shipments around the conflict in the Middle East, avoiding what could have been significant losses in merchandise and major delivery delays. That level of foresight and support is rare. Because of their reliability and expertise, I have not missed a single deadline. Thank you for providing such dependable and outstanding customer service.
