This lady is a real piece of work. I asked about her services and got a snotty reply back "Sorry, I cannot help you with that.". It was a simple Motion to Dismiss form? I asked her why..... eventually she replied back "you need a lawyer for that". Beverly, you "don't need a lawyer" to file a motion in an active Case. If she really believes it requires a lawyer to make a motion before the Court, it causes me great pause to think what other insight and "Wisdom" she lacks. She describes herself as being "kind and compassionate". Those are two words that NEVER came to mind communicating with her. I had such high expectations because of other reviews, how disappointing it was when I actually got through. Don't waste your time or money here, there are far better options available who won't talk to you in one sentence; she behaves as if she is superior to you. Want to be insulted? Go ahead and hire her and her In response to her reply (months have passed, real attention to detail here) asking for assistance preparing a simple motion is neither a felony or practicing law. I was seeking a stock form to fill in, very simple -just Google. I really wish if people wanted to make a legitimate rebuttal they would at least educate themselves regarding the matter. Would you entrust your legal affairs to someone whose fine attention to detail did not even pick up on it for nearly 6-months? I want someone who is concerned and on top of it for me.
