If everything was quiet, then everything was quiet. This can be nerve wracking, however running up your bill with unnecessary questions and comments when there's no reason would be nerve wracking as well. They are absolutely the ONLY attorneys who could have done what they needed to do to protect innocent children from being placed in harm's way due to a biological connection. When I hired said attorney in October, he failed to actually file my divorce with the court until January; three entire months after I had paid his retainer, in full!! Then when I asked around generally among co-workers, friends and other acquaintances, Kathleen's name kept coming up as someone who was very highly regarded and respected within local legal circles. At one point, Stacy, another attorney in the office also actually called up the Revenue Department as they wanted to double check certain facts related to my options.
