At one point, Stacy, another attorney in the office also actually called up the Revenue Department as they wanted to double check certain facts related to my options. All the staff I encountered were super courteous, very diligent and uber responsive. I had a work emergency come up unexpectedly and couldn't make a meeting and it wasn't any issues or dramas with making a change and in fact the office staff were great about working with my schedule. Also another note that the language used in the document this firm prepares for you is super comprehensive and complete and also extremely user friendly and plain-spoken. Legal jargon is really kept to a minimum but the wording uses provides you the full protection of the law.
