We were not sure what we were going to do with all of the things in my son's dorm room that we had originally planned to store locally since he wouldn't need them in California over the summer (think snow boots and extra bedding). He not only set up my son's storage space and contract, he agreed to come pick up my son's boxed items (which my son's roommate packed up for him) and take the boxes to the unit so we wouldn't have to fly out from the west coast. He also had a storage unit that was *just* the right size so I didn't have to pay extra for more space than I needed. And an actually useful, informative website, unlike the rest of the competition where I had to call them and ask about availability and rates. My daughter goes to college in Albany and we have been using Inside Storage Solutions for 2 years now to store her stuff over the summer. Andrew answered all our questions, got us the right size unit, and everything always goes very smoothly, from payment to move in and move out.
