They gave a quote that mirrored THEM and did not ask me about my needs. I don't do signage often, so I assumed my quote was all inclusive and when I let them know I needed it installed by March 1, it seemed to be no problem. But checking in with them as we got closer to the date, they had not quoted or scheduled installation and it could not be done for another three weeks. This is where Impact Sign Co. stepped in.
