NOW they've implemented a queue system to get into the website! Yup, you can wait for hours to see that there's still no slots available. Are they that vain that they believe we're wanting to wait hours to see the new circular? The queuing should be for delivery and pickup NOT site entry! Pass the word! If it is an emergency and you stop there, I understand. Just remember when this return to normal, they did NOT care about their customers when it mattered the most!

I tried to be understanding that the pizza couldn't be well done but it's really undercooked. And to give any customer a pizza with a hole in it is shameful. You know you saw the home when you were slicing it. Why would you give it to a customer. And it was cold. Definitively not the pizzas they were pulling from the oven. This had been sitting around. I waited over hour after placing the order to leave for the store. Then another 40 minutes in the store and this is what they served me. So disappointed in you guys. This is really bad service.
