I called this business yesterday looking to have a key chain medallion engraved for a family member's confirmation. I live in Ramona, and there is no such business in my area, to my knowledge. Clyde (I believe) answered the call, asked briefly what I'd like engraved, and in moments texted me 4 styles, I selected one, said it would be a mere $20 and they would do while I waited! I met Dot at the counter, where she informed me that the machine was set and ready to do the job. Super late post! I came in to this store a couple weeks ago to see about printing a .jpg caricature of my three brothers and I. The gentlemen working here are super helpful, easy to talk to, and took my order right away (even though they specialized in other departments). Not only did they print the photo which looked great, they also printed it on canvas as practice and they let me keep that for free, too. This was by far the best tombstone company I have found in San Diego. We were able to get a picture included on a dual stone for a great price. We paid under 1100 when the burial grounds wanted almost 3000. We did get hit with a $775 bill for install from the cemetery so still paid 1875 for the stone and installation vs over 3k. The service provide and the customization options and quality were worth it and it's wasn't more of a hassle. read more

I had a great experience with Inscriptu! They were able to laser engrave thousands of small numbering onto some G-10 boards. I emailed a pdf of my drawing and explained what I was looking for. Anoki was able to convert the pdf to something more usable for him. He also offered an alternative solution with UV printing. He even did a free trial run with the material at different laser power levels before I placed the order to see if I would like it. Results came out great. I would not go here again. Slow service they said they do not want business from the neighborhood they only cater to large company's. They have no sign out front. Hard to find.
