The receptionists, nurses, and the pediatricians have all showed cared. They get back to us when we leave voicemail or email the nurse. The general care would get a one star for the way their nurses speak to patients. I had one appointment for an std screening and the nurse had the nerve to say "you know these tests cost money" while preparing me for the doctor to come in. I regret not immediately report them. I was stunned and beside myself.

And today, at least 6 weeks after the no response from his office, they returned a call asking if I wanted a biopsy which had already been done by my new doctor. DO NOT USE ANY OF THE DOCTORS FROM PHYSICIANS CLINIC AT REGENCY.
