I do not have words to describe how awesome this clinic is…read more My daughter is five and was facing her THIRD set of tubes in her ears due to excessive fluid behind her eardrums. She had her second set of tubes and her adenoids removed in 2008, but still faced chronic ear infections. We started seeing Dr. Kurt at Papillion Chiro and happened to mention what we were facing with our little one. He started weekly adjustments and asked us for two months before we made the decision for another surgery. Since we had nothing to lose, we gave him the two months. When it was up, another visit to the ENT showed that the swelling and fluid was almost completely gone. They went from deciding surgery was a "sure thing" to requesting a follow-up three months later and putting it off. We continued treatments with Dr. Kurt at one or two a month, and by our three month follow-up at the ENT's office, the fluid was completely gone and surgery was now totally unnecessary. Dr. Kurt save my little girl from another surgery and since then, she has been healthy with no further recurring monthly ear infections. I will never go anywhere else and I trust this clinic with our entire family's needs. This office cares about each individual - we have five kiddos and we've never felt like just another number. The personal care and quality attention you'll receive at this office is absolutely unbeatable.

The nursing staff on the recovery floor were eager to help us learn how to take care of our first baby, as we are pretty much clueless! And, and many people noted to us, the food was very good. The only recommendation I would have is for some more proactive accommodations for the dads/support people who stay with the new mom and baby. Totally get that the mom and baby are the patients, but little things like having two towels in the bathroom instead of one, would go a long way in making their extended stay easier too.

The staff at this urgent care location are excellent…read more We popped in because it's closest to our house and my husband had taken a tumble and thought he may have injured his foot pretty bad. They didn't have the X-Ray machines that Google said they did, but the staff pointed us in the right direction to their location that did. The people behind the desk were very friendly when we told them the situation, and they lamented with us about it. (FYI - it ended up being that his foot was actually broken, once we got the scan! Ah!) Even though we didn't end up becoming patients of this urgent care, we did get to experience the great and helpful attitude of the staff. So I will definitely return here, if we do ever have another urgent care need!

I told the doctor that I would like them to send me the lab order as I knew I would be out of town. My next appointment was for yesterday but they refused to see me because they never sent me the lab work to get done. In addition, even though they had scheduled the appointment they said they couldn't do it anyway because they have a strict 3 month waiting period. However I'm having major surgery on October 8th. Rachel was incredibly rude. She said we don't send patients lab orders. I said why didn't the doctor tell me that on July 8th? She said that patients are responsible for reminding them to do their jobs. Rachel interrupted me continuously during the conversation. I was polite the entire time, she was obviously incapable of the same level of courtesy. I regret ever coming here. When you go in their office you are usually the only one in their very large waiting room. And after reading some of the reviews I can see why. I am guessing they will be out of business soon as they have quite a few doctors in their office but I've never seen more than one other patient in the waiting room.
