After having two surgeries on my Achilles that was messed up completely I need a second opinion. After going to see Dr. Klein who told me to see Dr. Neufeld I did. I had my first appt around 8 a.m. I waited maybe 20 mins to be taken back. When upon meeting Dr. Neufeld he DID spend the time with me and talk about whats going on with my Achilles and heel. I stressed to him on how I really didn't want to go into a third surgery within less then a year of my other two and he completely understood and we found different options to do. Those options did not end up working and I will have to get another surgery which I trust Dr. Neufeld doing. He listened to what I wanted and my Achilles was able to get a little stronger for a third surgery. I have NEVER had to wait in the lobby for over 30 mins the four times i have been there. I have some complications with the staff who handles the prescriptions which he took care of immediately. For a doctor to take care of that himself because his staff made a mistake shows how much he does care for you. Once getting the surgery then I will decided whether he deserves the fifth star! Please take the time to go see Dr. Neufeld and not completely listen to every bad review. A Year later, I am now updating my review. Dr. Neufeld earned the 5th star! I ended up having a third Achilles surgery. He called me a couple days before the surgery and told me he had talked to a couple different doctors at conferences about my situation and thought the best action would be to do a tendon transfer. He took the tendon off my big toe and transplanted it onto my Achilles to help my Achilles gain the strength and ability back. Now a year later my foot is still gaining strength. As we all should know going through 3 different reconstructive Achilles Surgeries it could take 3 year to heal. Now I don't think my foot will ever be back to normal but it is way better now that Dr. Neufeld did what he did. I'm very happy with the outcome.

I was not ready to go! The best way to describe her hands, was like a body facial application! Her hands were buttery soft but woah the pressure was spot on!! It felt like I was floating hence I went to sleep! Towards the end, face up was time spent on my scalp, face and Decollete...who knew I needed that soooo bad! It was heavenly!! I got there around 8:30 AM (they opened at 8 AM). I signed in and sat down for maybe 5 minutes before I was seen by Dr. Brittany A. She was extremely polite, friendly and diagnosed me with a Sinus infection and gave me the Z-Pack. A week or so went by and I was feeling a bit better, but nowhere near 100%. On Saturday, I began feeling worse, and had a fever and shortness of breath. My wife drove me back to the Urgent Care on Sunday AM and I was seen immediately. The receptionist (I believe her name was Sarah), took me to get a chest X-ray and to make sure it wasn't a serious matter. She was very polite and made me feel comfortable during the exam. She brought me and my wife into an exam room and waited only a few minutes to been seen by the Physician. Again, I saw Dr. Brittany A., who advised me there was some fluid in my lungs and would treat me for pneumonia. She put me on a breathing machine for approximately 10-15 minutes, which helped me with my breather. Dr. Brittany discharged me with a stronger antibiotic and albuterol (inhaler). Dr. Brittany was again, extremely polite, courteous, professional and really cared about my health. I began feeling better after about five days. Because of the way she treated me (and my wife), I will continue to visit this Urgent Care when I get sick. I am giving this review a 4 not a 5 because one of the assistants was not as personable and kind and caring as the two women mentioned above. Thank you.

Take the stairs up to get to the entrance of the Urgent Care Center. The other way to find a place is to park in the garage and then walk around on the outside of the garage to find the stairs that lead to the entrance of the Urgent Care center. There are signs on the walls that will indicate the Urgent Care Center. Cons: First, they give you forms that are copied from an original that was obviously highlighted so you can't see some of the words. I don't understand why they can't get a clean copy of the forms. Second, the forms are outdated and do not have a lot of room for you to write your medical history, medications, etc. Third, the medical assistant needs more tact in communication. She opened the door and pointed in my direction, but I was sitting around a group of people, so it wasn't clear who she was pointing to. She should have announced the last name of the person. It's rude to point fingers at people. I tried to clarify if she was asking for me to come up, and then, she says yes you. She has very poor communication skills. She does not greet you at all. She doesn't explain the process or what to do after the visit is over. I have managed medical clinics, so I know what I am talking about. Pros: The receptionist seemed proficient. The place is clean and seems organized. The wait is usually not that long, but you can always call ahead to see how long the wait is. The physician assistant seemed proficient and was friendly. As with any medical visit, always call ahead to confirm if they take your insurance and bring your ID and insurance card(s), a list of your current medications, medical conditions/history, and other names of your other doctors to make it easier. I would visit them again to give them another chance if I ever needed Urgent Care again. I hope they use this feedback to improve.

I tried the Art of Massage on a recommendation from someone at work and am glad I did. I initially reached out to Kim, but she was unavailable. She suggested I try Christina. I set up my appointment and the availability was awesome. She was able to accommodate me late in the evening during the week. This is key for me since family commitments make it difficult to find the time. I had a one hour massage with Christina after a quick 10-15 minute introduction session. As a runner I made it clear I wanted deep muscle therapy and wanted help with general flexibility. She was awesome. She had a great intuition for just how much pressure to apply. She also knew when to provide additional attention to any problem area. It really is the best massage I've had in this area. After our one hour session, she spent a little bit of extra time helping me out with some stretches and provided some great ideas for how to stretch while sitting at a desk all day. Truly a great massage and I will definitely be going back. Give the Art of Massage a try and you will walk out of there in better condition than when you walked in.

Nothing worked. I had never tried deep tissue massage before so I thought, why not? After hearing about my problem, Christina immediately zeroed in on the root cause. After working on my back with impressive endurance for an hour, my back felt looser than ever. The stiffness was significantly reduced. In fact, I had not felt so close to normal in so long that I almost thought something was wrong. I will definitely be back to the Art of Massage to get rid of this problem for good.
