They are open the 3rd Saturday of the month. I was also supposed to get a diabetic eye exam at the time of my appointment, but was told I needed to schedule that for a later date. I didn't argue about it, but went ahead and scheduled it. Otherwise, the staff was pleasant and the place was nice. They had a pretty small selection of frames, but we each found one we liked.

The poor review is for his incompetent, rude and unaccountable staff. The first problem - they ordered the wrong lenses. OK, we all make mistakes. The next time I called I deliberately asked them to read back the prescription for me so that they'd order the correct ones. He read it back and once again it was the wrong one. I corrected him and asked the old one be deleted from my record so that they didn't mistakenly order them. Wait for it. They ordered the wrong ones again!! Meanwhile I was waiting and waiting and waiting for the lenses to arrive. Finally I called them only to find out they tried to reach me at an old number. Now mind you I've updated my phone number probably 3 times with them since it changed. They had to re order the lenses (so that they were the correct prescription). To make a long story short - yes there's more - I just learned what I thought was a 6 month supply was not and that they'd been sitting in my 6 month supply since mid- March without even one phone call to tell me that they were in and needed to be picked up. I would not waste my time ever ordering lenses from this staff.
