The office is modern and welcoming, almost as welcoming as the staff. From the phone call to understand if I needed an appointment to showing up, everything about my experience was top notch. That's inconvenient for many people who work for a living. I didn't discover that until my husband went to pick up his glasses on a Saturday, and they were closed. They are open the 3rd Saturday of the month. I was also supposed to get a diabetic eye exam at the time of my appointment, but was told I needed to schedule that for a later date. I didn't argue about it, but went ahead and scheduled it. Otherwise, the staff was pleasant and the place was nice. They had a pretty small selection of frames, but we each found one we liked.
