I have been a medical patient since Day 1 of the Pilot Program. Since, the program has evolved immensely. Adult use is legal now. My card came up for renewal at the absolute worst timing, while I was heading out for a medical trip to another state. Innovative Wellness bent over backwards to squeeze me into the schedule. For that, I'll be eternally grateful. Due to COVID, the physician was able to see me via a secure audio/video session. The appointment went smoothly. The physician went over the benefits and risks of medical cannabis. I knew all this info already being a current patient, but super helpful for those just starting out! We also discussed CBD and different strains and their effects. The team was incredibly informative and truly dedicated to their patients. Within a few hours, my renewal was accepted by the state and I was printing off my new medical card. If you TRULY have a medical condition, I highly suggest Innovative Wellness. They know the system inside and out and operate like a well oiled machine. Plus, you avoid that recreational cannabis tax as a medical patient. so. they tell you it is fast and only 100 dollars with insurance! (med card) how marvelous! they are a pain in the ass that robs you in dribs and drabs without telling you that part. firstly, it has been 2 weeks, when it is supposed to be 2 days. then, they screw up the spelling of your name and that holds up the gov; but no one helps you why you're waiting to hear from someone. when I called back to INNOVATIVE, they told me point blank they didn't know what I wanted. how can I know what I wanted when I do not know you butchered my name? then the prices are not true. it is not 100 bucks, b/c they charge you twice after that to talk to their doctor. and then before you can get your card you have to pay the state. they out and out LIED. I hate liars. I hate Liars and I hate doing everyone's work when I have my own to do. USE SOMEONE ELSE FOR THE LOVE OF EVERYTHING FAIR. read more

Need to renew my medical marijuana card. I came here originally 3 years ago to get my card and it was a much more demanding process. However the people here at Innovative Welness made the process much more seamless and explained every step along the way. The same is true for the renewal process. I I contacted them, received a prompt email and voicemail message. Everything was set up quickly and efficiently the following day with follow up notes emailed to me. I'm very dissatisfied with the service I received. I've been suffering with pain for over a year now and sought a telemedicine appointment in lieu of my primary care doctor because I thought it would be efficient and I'd get time back in my day. I ended up waiting 20-25 minutes to be seen by a specialist who dismissed my concerns. I also requested a refund and was met with hostility. Huge regret heeding those ads next to the dispensaries. I went here for a renewal of my Cannabis prescription. After very little investigation into my present medication, he denied my prescription for Cannabis because of Opioids. I guess the doctor didn't see or find out, I had open heart surgery in March, 2022 and was the latest time that had been prescribed to me. Wonder how he'd feel waking up after having you chest cracked open. Didn't ask me. just wrote me off and then billed me twice. Don't trust these sneaky people. You're warned. read more

I lived in a lot of states in my lifetime and used cannabis in those states. You ARE THE ONLY MARIJUANA DOCTOR IN ALL AMERICA THAT MAKES THE PATIENT COME BACK TWICE!! And you charge twice!! That's SHADY! Cannabis is less lethal than alcohol, prescription drugs, and tobacco. You're treating it like its a lethal drug. The owner, Dr. Khare, reached out regarding the issue I was having with the billing department. He apologized for the way it was handled, and the lack of communication. The issue itself was fixed immediately, and I was assured they would be better streamlined to handle issues that do happen. Dr. Khare seemed genuine. Billing Fraud Beware! TLDR; they billed me for a clinical encounter that never took place and refuse to refund the charges. Full story: I had an appointment scheduled, and arrived several minutes early. When I arrived, there were over a dozen patients waiting. They overbook their appointments and expect patients to wait hours past their scheduled appointment time. After waiting over an hour past my scheduled appointment time, there were still several patients ahead of me and an expected wait of at least another hour. I did not plan on waiting two hours before my appointment to begin and could not wait that long. I spoke to the front desk employee, and requested my appointment be canceled as I could not wait any longer. They did, confirmed I would not be billed, and sent me an email confirmation that although my appointment was cancelled, I would still see a post-visit summary online (weird...) but would not be billed. A few weeks later, my insurance posted an EOB denying their charges and deducted my HSA for an amount that is wildly over their documented charges for a visit. I have spent over six weeks calling their billing department regularly and getting the run around and a refusal to refund the bill. I'm not the type of person to complain online but I've run out of options. There are three acts of fraud here: they documented on my medical record for an encounter that never occurred (I was never seen by or spoken to a provider), they billed me and my insurance for an encounter that never occurred, and they billed a higher amount than they say they will for this encounter type. Those are three highly fraudulent activities, all of which could be forgiven if I hadn't spent the last six weeks getting refusals to do anything about this. read more

Well I finally took the leap to get my state certification for Medical Cannabis. I called MMJ and got an appointment right away. The staff at MMJ Care were so knowledgeable and helpful! They were able to answer my questions and put me at ease. The parking was great and the visit moved along quickly. The application process was relatively easy because MMJ had all the forms ready to complete, the other state required procedures were all done electronically. A well oiled machine. The cost was reasonable and they do everything to move the process along quickly. In 4 to 6 weeks I will have my card. I look forward to being able to have another tool to deal with the health conditions that have taken over my daily routine. The thought that I can possible leave behind other types of synthetic pain relievers and go natural is something I've looked forward to for a long time.
