Was asked to provide a 5k deposit…read morein order to get the project on the schedule and that Tino was going to give me a discounted price on the entire project of I gave a 5k deposit that day. Never was I told it was non refundable and Joseph and his Dad, Tino, knew everything would need to approved by HOA. HOA did not approve the design, it lacked the required details provided on the HOA submission sheet. I had to request over and over for Tino and his son, Joseph, to make sure all requested details were in the plan. They apparently do not have design software and it was designed on a piece of paper. Tino refused to return my deposit, Tino has nothing to prove that I was told the deposit was non refundable when I gave Joseph the check. He has yelled at me and tried to intimidate me and now has demanded that Tinos Landscaping will Only allow me to use my 5k deposit on a large substantial project. Tino is refusing work if it is only going to be a job around the 5k deposit. Do not hire Tino's Landscaping! Tino lacks professionalism and as a female, I do not feel comfortable around him or to do any work on my property.

Luis helped me pick out stones and what tree would work best.
