    Here from California and we use Elite as our property management…read more We highly recommend Elite because they are trustworthy, helpful, and get the job done. Being that we are from another state we extremely satisfied with their services. Elite , has been our eyes and our ears. Plus, their price is economical. I also saw firsthand the great rapport that they have with various tenants that come into the office to pay their rent or ask questions. We did visit several of our tenants that Elite manages. When asked one of our tenants stated , "I love Elite and my home" . We are so grateful for this spectacular team. Thank you for all of your patience. We have established a great relationship and consider Elite family. A special thanks to Jennifer, Taylor, Oliver, Maddie, Keelie, and anyone else that is part of this awesome team.

I live in close proximity to one of their unkept properties which appear to be what many refer to as a slum "maintained" by what many refer to as slumlords. Just ask the residents forced to vacate from condemned Village Shores Apartments. Very sad and shameful. And avoidable. "The complex has been condemned due to poor living conditions, leaving many tenants, like Jeanella Bearden, in a dire situation. "Most of us here on disability we live month to month we couldn't afford to get up and leave," Bearden said, highlighting the financial struggles faced by many residents." "The apartments, owned by Thread Lake LLC and managed by Elite Real Estate and Professional Management, have faced numerous issues, including mold and bed bugs.     The service is so bad that after 3 weeks of not getting a follow up on my security deposit I had to…read moresend this letter : July 31, 2015 Dear Alltimate Property Management, It has been more than 30 days since the end of my tenancy. During this time, you have neither returned my deposit nor given me an itemized list of deductions from my deposit. According to state law, if you do not do one of these things within 30 days, you forfeit any claim on my deposit. Also, according to the law, if you do not settle this with me within 45 days of the date I moved out, I can take you to Small Claims Court and sue for double the amount of my deposit. Unless you return my deposit in full in the next two weeks, I will have no other choice but to file in Small Claims Court for double the amount of my deposit. I hope this will not be necessary. Sincerely, Rich J Corpuz * I received a phone call from someone totally new to my situation a day before their deadline (8/13) asked me "where do you want your security deposit mailed to?". Ask the person who passed the buck to you dumbass! I gave that information to Alltimate over 50 days ago!

    I completely rehabbed my house and then signed up with Alltimate as my property manager in August…read more2015. When they came out, they were impressed and told me it would rent for $600/month. Two months later, in October 2015, they put in a tenant in my property at $500/month. Shortly thereafter, Alltimate told me that the water could not be put in the tenant's name until after my house passed inspection and quoted me $1000 in repairs. I told them to go forward and make those repairs. I am not a local landlord. Alltimate Property Management kept telling me that the city was too backlogged to do my inspection and that the water would need to stay in my name until the inspection was completed. However, after each date I received notices from the city that inspections had actually been scheduled. Bad sign. Finally a few months ago--after I had made numerous requests for statements and to remove the water from my name--they finally sent me an email showing that I owed them $2000! What?!?! I started my account with them by giving them $750 for expenses. $375 went to the rental license and the other $375 to remain as a credit to cover anything else that might come up. They quoted me $1000 in repairs, which I authorized. I did not authorize any other expenses nor did they ever tell me about others. They also promised me that I would be reimbursed for all my water payments, but I never have been. I have been trying to get to the bottom of this for many months. They have refused to give me monthly statements and they have refused to pay me my rental income. It is only when I threaten legal recourse do they even email me back. And when they do they say we need to speak on the phone. No way. Alltimate Property Management has been very shady, dishonest with me, and I want to keep everything in writing. When I tell them that, they stop communicating with me. This is business. They were hired to do a job. They breach their own contract and have stolen my money. They gave me a price for a gutted house ($7000)--not a rehabbed house with a renter inside paying $500/month. Real comps of similar size houses sold in the same neighborhood show $20k. Alltimate should not be trusted. Elite Real Estate should not be trusted either because they are the same people.
