She does not explain this and you are not told, even after you have been passed to the new agent, that it has happened! Communication is horrible. Brian does not return calls, sometimes for days. Being that we are from another state we extremely satisfied with their services. Elite , has been our eyes and our ears. Plus, their price is economical. I also saw firsthand the great rapport that they have with various tenants that come into the office to pay their rent or ask questions. We did visit several of our tenants that Elite manages.
