Lucy is just a sales person. Once she has you on the hook for listing the house, she disappears. You get passed to a "listing agent", then to a "closing agent" after you have an offer. She does not explain this and you are not told, even after you have been passed to the new agent, that it has happened! Communication is horrible. Brian does not return calls, sometimes for days. Stay away from this place. read more

The Lucy Ham Group is by far the very best Real Estate company in the Genesee County area. We listed our Davison Michigan house with her 3 years ago. Our house sold in less than a week. The Lucy Ham Group has marketing skills and a work ethic that goes far beyond just putting a sign in your front yard. They actually helped us see the potential in our house, what to improve, how to stage it and what was the best asking price for our market. We now live in Tennessee, and they even helped us find the right Real Estate Agent to help us find and purchase our home here. We were never "passed off". We were introduced to the person best qualified for the next step in the process. Well done Lucy Ham Group, well done. read more
