Lucy is just a sales person. Once she has you on the hook for listing the house, she disappears. You get passed to a "listing agent", then to a "closing agent" after you have an offer. She does not explain this and you are not told, even after you have been passed to the new agent, that it has happened! Communication is horrible. Brian does not return calls, sometimes for days.
