My husband was not able to attend due a scheduling conflict so I brought a relative and was so thankful I did--no one would have believed what we encountered. To say that we were appalled at how rude, condescending, unreasonable, and unprofessional he was would be an understatement. We now wonder if that is why the Agent did not involve the Broker. I am still in disbelief about the entire experience. Stay away from this company.
