I was a very foolish woman ever trusting Paul. He continually disrupted my life bringing people…read morejust to "LOOK", who didn't have their homes sold or weren't looking in the price range. I finally took it off the market, only to receive a Text (I dislike text messages) to call him, this was 2 weeks before Christmas. I did call and he ask did I want to sell, to which I replied NO!! He goes on with how this couple who had been through 4 times finally had a offer and would only accept if they could buy my home. I still said No its off the market, my holiday plans are made, I'm not moving in the winter and with no where to go, and I'm not putting my things in storage. He didn't give up on his gift of gab, until I said fine bring me the offer. Then I get a call that they want to see it again, or as he put it, " to see if they still feel it". During the time he had it listed he did not show me ONE Single home! Lord knows I wish he had just left me alone. My life as I once knew it has been destroyed, along with most of my belongings. I now suffer from depression , moving 4 times, along with a huge financial loss as a retiree. He could of cared less about me, a single woman who worked hard to obtain my home that I had for 10 1/2 years. He brought a terrible offer and I ask him to put a contingency in on me finding a home of my choice, which he said NO!! During the nightmare I told him I didn't want to sell after I signed, to which he replied I'd have a lawsuit!! I was so pressured by Paul , who had no regards to where I'd end up. Well the appraisal came in lower than offer, and they wanted to extend closing for another week~~it was my out, but he failed to mention that knowing I didn't want to sell or move, as he would have lost commission on two homes. All he was thinking of the $20G's he'd be losing on the sale of two homes. Paul is all about Paul and his bank account
