Estate sale visitors need to watch out for this company and Tim Look himself. In my personal experience, when you attend an Estate sale this company puts on, make sure you pay cash, get a viable receipt, and leave with the item you purchased "when you leave". Please also be leary of the heavy items that might require you to return with a truck to pick the heavier weighted items up. Leaving heavy nice items downstairs is his way of defrauding you because he claims there is no return after making verbal arrangements with him to return to pick the item up at a later date due to needing lifting assistance. Get everything in writing because he looks nice. But is a fraud in disguise. I say this based on the fact that he dissolved his previous business, Flint Carpet on Miller Street in Flint, back in 2019 according to the states LARA system. The carpet company has since then allowed him to use their address for his business and complete transactions under his "Frozen In Time Treasures" estate sales business using Flint Carpet transactions. This is while his estate sales transactions ate suppose to be accomplished separately as he has nothing to do with Flint Carpet and the new ownership. Then when a estate sale buyer like myself , notices an unusual bank statement transaction under Flint Carpet, whom you didn't do business with, you become entangled in the middle of his fraud. I'm sure estate sale visitors never intend to get caught up in Tim Look s mess. But in my case, he not only would not return my money, but also is looking forward to the police report I filed against him and court. How strange when all I wanted to do was purchase at an estate sale. Let this be a lesson learned for me and a heads up warning for you. Tim and his company are someone to "Look" and watch out for. read more
