horrible place to live. They keep Coming in for inspections trying to find extra things to charge for even if not in the lease.

Do not live here. Front desk lady (Michelle) just down right awful at her job. Before we signed the lease went to look at the place and the dish washer was leaking. They tore up our driveway with no notice couldn't get in or out of the trailer. The park still has a bunch of old falling apart trailers. Unfortunately our trailer was next to two of these. Whoever lived there did not take care of their property and had roaches which came over to our trailer. We called immediately to have them take care of it. This is when Michelle told me our neighbors had them and was not keeping up on treatment. We had to keep calling to get information of when they were coming out. And Michelle rarely answers the phone. Then when they evicted the dude next door and tore down his trailer they hit my trailer with the metal frame damaging it. I tried to reach out to Michelle about it, and she ignored me. I ended up have to withhold rent for a month in order for her to talk to me of course all they want is money and don't care that the company they hired damaged it and didn't say anything. Eventually she half ass took responsibility. Also during all of this the heating component to the dryer broke (for a month) and they didn't fix it since we were moving out. I bet they will try to charge us but the maintenance man already said it was under warranty. Moral of the store if you want your quality of life to be the absolute worst then this is the place for you. read more

Before we moved in we asked what was wrong with the house we were told "nothing the house is move in ready". Furthermore they said that if we did notice things that were wrong they would take care of them. The mold was so bad in some spots we have already gone through 10 gallons of kilz paint trying to keep my family from getting sick. We are almost positive that under the floors is molded bad because that is just about all you can smell on hot days. The floors are also so rotted in some spots that we are afraid they will fall through. Around the toilet in the master bedroom is so weak that the toilet wobles almost like the wax ring leaked at one point and the floor was never addressed. The floor by our main entry door is rotted right through on one side as if the door leaked and the floor again was never addressed. In the area where the washer and dryer go the floor is so bad we dont even want to hook up our washer because we are afraid it will fall through during the first spin cycle. The secondary entrance door is in the laundry area and it leaks every time it rains. The heat ducts are not hooked up correctly through the whole house. The responce from the managers about the floors at first was that our kids jumped and caused the holes and weak spots now they have shifted the blame of jumping from our children to my fiance in my opinion because she is over weight. Yeah you read that right they told my over weight fiance that she jumped and caused the problems to the floors. Now they are telling us that we bought the house as is and basically told us sorry about our luck. Still need more kilz paint because we are starting to have health issues from this house.
