I called Chris Baum at Espositio who had originally sold me the transfer switch, told him we were in the dark and the switch did not work. He said he would send someone out ASAP. 25 MINUTES LATER a truck shows up. The tech Alex was polite, friendly and professional. Turns out the generator was left off by the last guys to come out.
