I had an electrical emergency late on a Sunday night. My main breaker went out resulting in no A/C. I was worried about getting it fixed quickly as I have French Bulldogs and they cannot tolerate heat. And it has been over 100 degrees every day recently. I contacted Innovative Electric and let them know my concerns- even though they had no guys available- the owner came out and fixed my problem right away because he knew it could be fatal for my dogs. Business not licensed, hired 05/31/22 for electrical panel upgrade, which was not completed until 02/03/2023 10 months later. Work not compleated per code, had to contact several times to solicited repairs. Permit was not taken out with city as per agreement, and currently additional issues have come to my attention. I would jot recommend this compan My parents who are very elderly had 4 outlets not working in their kitchen. This company sent a representative to their home and told them all their outlets were of low quality and should be replaced. He quoted them a price of $5700. The house is only 15 year old. We called another electric company and fixed the 4 outlets for $400. We have not had a problem since. read more

We had an electrical fire and then they were called after the "other" 24 hour electrical company (that my wife scheduled) hadn't yet arrived. So I decided to call IES. I needed an answer quick. They have a very friendly answering service. They also arrived faster than expected. The IES Techs were very friendly and professional looking. Then I received a call from IES and I had peculiar conversation with their boss Rob. Make sure you ask for him, he has ALL the answers. Had a whole house fan installed, along with 2 ceiling fans and they did an immaculate job. Even though I asked for the ceiling fans to be routed to a light switch at the last second, they had no issues adding onto the job. Frank and Mike came and did an awesome job of installing a fan, installing remotes for two fans, correcting exposed wiring, installing new outlets, fixing non-working outlets and installing my Ring security device. Would not recommend this place! I had an appt, called 3 days ahead because i had something come up. The appt was rescheduled from Friday to the next Tuesday. A technician was at the gate yelling at the old appt time. Then, while im waiting at the Tuesday appt time, i received a text saying they decided not to come out at all. read more

I found the company responsive to my needs. But I also found them way over priced. I initially asked them to come out for a simple installation of a single outlet adjacent to another plug. The quoted price was $130. I figured since they had to drive out, I figured I was paying for a whole hour, so I agreed. I asked them to move a light switch while they were there. The entire job took less than an hour. I was billed $230. I'm sorry, but no electrician is worth $230 for less than an hour of work. I recommend that you shop around. read more

Rob answered our call and dispatched electricians to the house. They diagnosed the problem and estimated cost to fix it. They got the job done and charged us according to the actual labor and material cost, which was $65 lower than their estimate. Very honest company. I got ripped off by this company, they charged me $165.00 for changing one electric outlet that went bad. when I talked to the manager, Rob on the phone and asked if he can reduce the price because it was too much for changing just one outlet, he immediately became angry and rude. He told me that he was offended by me asking him to reduce the price. He further told me in an angry voice that he cannot send his worker to my house on a weekend and charge me his regular price. I told him that he never disclosed to me that he charges more money on weekends otherwise I would have scheduled it on a weekday but he remained rude and obnoxious and again told me that he was offended by me asking him to refuce the price and that he would not reduce it. What a bad customer service; I wonder what happened to people skills. I would never recommend this company to anyone. read more

We wanted more lighting in our home. I asked the supplier who purchased a lot of fixtures and they told us about Rob the owner of Innovative Electric Services. Rob and his team were very professional and listened to what we wanted done. He came out and gave us the estimate for each fixture and each room with a discount if we requested most of work done at one time. His estimate was lower than our previous electrician. Thomas and his assistant were very polite, careful to be sure the lights were properly placed in the ceilings. They installed a lot of fixtures, changed out fans and ran a dedicated circuit to our microwave. There was a lot to do and they worked consistently for 3 days. Our family room has a 17 ' ceiling and like everything else they just looked at the job and figured out how it should be completed. After the job was done Rob called to be sure we were satisfied with the workmanship. My husband wanted the black wire under the kitchen cabinets covered (even though they are to 12V LED strip lights and not dangerous).
