Was told they would be there 8:00 am, and the trucks arrived at 8:00am. As the customer, that was the start of a good experience. They removed 4 large dead trees and trimmed either 12 or 13 more. One of which grew over in my yard and I split the cost with my neighbor. I came across JCR as Gary was giving an estimate across my street and I called him over.
