The 3 gentlemen that 1st showed up were extremely polite and even asked to move our vehicles so no damage might come to them from falling branches. They made a plan and decided which trees were going to be pruned and which trees needed to be cut down. This was no easy task. The trees are all over 50 ft tall. A&W came with a utility truck that had a bucket so they could reach the limbs of trees without damaging them or make a huge mess. One guy cut down the trees the other two dragged the branches and put it in the grinder.i was impressed to see that they used ropes 1st and tied off the tree branches so when they were being cut they wouldn't just fall to the ground. The ropes allowed the branches to come down slowly.. The 3 men worked in unison and spent over 6 hours trimming and cutting down my trees. One of my taller trees was surrounded by electrical wires. 1 worker strapped on safety equipment and climbed with only ropes up 75 ft. To trim broken and hanging huge tree branches. They raked and cleaned up all debris. They were checked on by a supervisor and did a great job.The group of men only took 1 short lunch break. I use them too for mowing the lawn , and in the winter to remove all snow. I would highly recommend this company. If u go to their website u will see there is a 10% off coupon if u spend $1000 . They removed branches from a neighbor's large tree in my front yard that were hanging over my power lines. An ice storm or winter event would have surely brought them down! They didn't even have to go onto the neighbor's property to do so. Excellent job! Excellent clean up! Not to mention, excellent pricing to complete the project. In addition, I had a rather large dead or dying tree in the corner of my backyard. Every time there was a rather windy day, it required a massive yard clean up of the fallen dead branches, limbs, twigs, etc. I just got tired or this cleanup task so I decided to have Wayne's Tree Service take the tree down and remove the stump. To this date, I can't even tell where the tree stood because they did such a great job. Again, excellent pricing for the quality work they did that day! Would I recommend Wayne's Tree Service and use them again whenever I need them? Oh hell yeah! Kris K

We first contacted Tree Lion through Yelp after a tree fell and affected multiple neighboring…read moreproperties. Initially, they indicated they could come out on Saturday, July 4, but the estimate was ultimately confirmed for Sunday, July 5, between 11:00 am & 12:00 p.m. I was coordinating the appointment on behalf of a loved one. Because the property owner doesn't live at the affected house, they traveled from another part of the city and rearranged their schedule specifically to meet the estimator. We also learned that the neighboring property we initially believed the tree had fallen from is vacant, making it even more important to determine responsibility and move the process forward. Unfortunately, no one arrived for the scheduled appointment, and there was no phone call, text, or Yelp message to let us know they were running late or needed to reschedule. We understand that delays and emergencies happen, but a simple courtesy message would have been appreciated. The lack of communication wasted people's time and delayed addressing a situation affecting multiple properties. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend a company that confirms an appointment and then fails to show up or communicate with the customer.
