I did have to use a translator a few times, but if he didn't understand, he definitely asked questions and was very understanding. I had been hounding my landlord for years to clean up the property, thinking it was affecting mine and my neighbors business. I took a look at my lease, and found out that all landscaping is MY RESPONSIBILITY!!! At first I was upset this would cost me money, but realized this was a blessing in disguise as I now had full control over the most important marketing for a barbershop, a beautiful and welcoming entrance for old and new customers. I'm not a landscaping expert, so I was both picky and vague (I'm such a great client ;-), but Mike fully understood and delivered on what I wanted: 1. Save all the trees that weren't dying. 2. Trim down any tree limbs/shrubbery blocking the historic building and signage for mine and my neighbors shops. 3. Make it pretty/clean (they power washed the building and sidewalks too!). Quote was emailed and signed electronically after questions promptly answered by phone. Was told skylights (2) might take a week or two to arrive. 10 days later got a call that they were in and said they could install next day if that worked for me. On job day, I was concerned when they discovered rotten plywood, thinking this is where the price skyrockets, but it went up only $225 to replace the sheet, which I thought very fair knowing it added a couple of hours to the job. They started at 8am and after extensive cleanup were gone by 3pm. Project Mgr stopped in several time during that day, and helped us connect the solar power shades and remotes to our home WIFI network. The crew were respectful all day. Overall extremely pleased with the solar powered shades/skylights and vendor. Would definitely recommend both to anyone in the future. If one regret. We deciding on light filtering shades and wish we had decided on room darkening instead. One last comment. A week after the job complete I went up to the roof for my annual gutter cleaning. I was shocked to find this gutter was completely cleaned out by the crew during the job! Who does that? And they didn't even tell me to try to score bonus points with me - they just did it because it needed to be cleaned and they had handy access to do so!
