Removing the tree was not the issue we had with this company. Our issue was how our lawn was treated during and afterwards, and how rude and unprofessional they were. They initially began the removal by using mats on the ground but I guess I done point they gave up on using those and decided to drive across the lawn with their almost 11,000 lb Caterpillar which completely destroyed the yard. After they left the first day the crew left multiple water bottles and trash in our yard as well. When the job was finally completed they left that same 11,000 lb piece of equipment on the lawn for 5 whole days which during that time it also rained heavily. We called daily to get them to remove it. I would not recommend, or use this company again.
