We just had these folks out for a second time for some handyman work. I also needed some help getting a new wind stop/chain installed on a swinging screen door in the basement. They were the only service I reached out to who asked for specific details about the jobs before providing a quote, which is a great way to do business. They also provided a real time of expected arrival instead of something like a four-hour window taking up your entire day. They arrived a little before the time quoted with two people - one the main handyman and one being trained. They did a prompt and excellent job and the cost was very fair. I almost don't want to tell everyone how good they are because then they'll become too busy, ha! They truly deserve your business.

He spilled mortar all over our concrete steps on the side of the house, tiled shut our kitchen door leading to the outside, missed grout in numerous locations, refuses to fix a cracked tile due to it not being laid properly, won't put our basement door back on, and took the feet for our oven and refuses to bring them back. We've been asking for over a month and keep getting the run around. I will be more than happy to change this review to a positive one should he return.

The Bridge City Team provided the required documentation for HOA and helped us get through the approval process within 24 hours (after I sent the request for HOA approval to the wrong email and wasted over a week and a half). My deck seems to be more substantial, stronger and better looking than those in surrounding townhomes. The Bridge City Team even helped us regrade the back yard, which had been a stony mess as with many new construction builds. For phase II of the build, the Bridge City Team will be building a stamped concrete patio walkout under the deck, retaining wall planters at the side of the townhome as well as a gabled roof above the deck.
