After 10 months sleeping on the Innopedic Latex mattress I can assure everyone the product is fantastic. I'm a tough customer, and not the type to blow sugar if I don't mean it. Turns out the Innopedic is far superior to our old tempurpedic, just as the sales person assured us. The mattress is extraordinarily well made and the fabric cover is unusually attractive (a pearly, medium taupe color that is perfectly neutral and quiet). We did a lot of research and price comparing and InnoMax's prices are right in line. Ten months after the fact, knowing how great the product is, I'd be willing to pay a lot more. My husband in particular, is getting the best sleep of his life. I estimate his snoring has been cut by 75% - an unexpected and much appreciated bonus! I was worried about heat, but that has not been a problem at all. We bought the Gore-tex mattress cover and it's a great material which I believe helps protect people who are prone to overheating. Our experience with Innomax Company, from a distant state working by phone with Josh as our primary salesman, was excellent. It was low pressure, straight up, with all followups and promises kept, and the product was delivered promptly and in perfect condition. Also, we asked and received a short term, no-interest loan which allowed us to make the decision while the sale was still going last year. On top of all that, InnoMax is a responsible and patriotic company. Their materials and products are nearly 100% "made in the USA" and that is important to me. What else can I say? After shopping for almost six months and the endless hours for the last few days, I found the perfect waterbed and during my research found the company that supplies them. I had already dealt with two dealers of the product but decided to go to the main source...and I am so thankful that I did! I have never been fond of the online chat with a store but today I had the absolute pleasure in dealing with Tommy S. aka Chad! He was very informative, educational, patient and extremely easy to work with. I am so very please with his customer service skills and encouraging sells techniques. I purchased my waterbed from him a great price with personal follow up assistance after I receive my product; but they do sell all types of beds so even if a waterbed is not for you please save yourself the headache and look to this company for assistance. I used to think spending over a grand for a mattress was crazy, until I went to several big box stores and saw their basic beds started about $500 and up. We purchased one of the big-box beds and ended up returning it weeks later since we felt the quality was lacking. We heard a commercial for Innomax on the radio and thought we'd give it a shot - best decision I made all week. The store is going through some major updating and remodeling on the inside, so when we went in we were actually greeted by one of the owners, Mark. Rather than pass us off to a salesman he walked around with us explaining their history and the new products they were rolling out. We ended up buying a (Trinity?) memory foam with cooling layer bed that knocks the pants off the other bed we tried out. It cost twice as much, but given the quality and sleep that we've had this month I would have paid three times what the first bed cost. After all shopping was done we got to enjoy some free snacks and drinks while we checked out. Nice touch! read more

Terrible customer service! Paid for merchandise that it took 8 months and 3 visits to get what we paid for! The Loveland location has by far the worst manager and salesperson I have ever encountered. We paid for our old pump to be refurbished, and were told that it would be a few weeks. Three months later, after no call we go into the store, no pump, they will call us next week and get it to us. Five months after that, we go in and demand what we paid for or our money back, the manager Tyler Dunn and the original salesperson say that it was shipped to our old address, but they had our current address in their computer. Really, why would u ship it, when we were supposed to pick it up? Absolutely the biggest problem is their inability to tell the truth. The manager goes and gets an "upgraded used model" from the back. Tells us he's doing us a favor, but tells us it could've been handled better if we had come in with a better attitude. We have recently purchased a bed (the Medallion with a tilting frame) from Innomax in Denver. Our salesperson, Sandy Carbonie, was wonderful. She helped every step of the way assuring we found the right bed. As I like a soft bed, and my husband likes extra firm, Sandy had her work cut-out for her. After trial and error (on our part) we finally ended up with the Medallion and couldn't be happier. He has hard, I have soft and life is good. The most wonderful thing about Innomax and Sandy was they wanted to be sure we had the right bed. As I said we made an error in selecting a bed that was right. Sandy worked with us and helped make sure each of our needs were meet. As a side note, my husband was a horrible snorer! With the tilt bed the snoring has stopped and we both are sleeping through the night with out nudges, pokes, earplugs or pillows over the head! Is it time to find a new look for your bedroom? I have a suggestion for you. There is this magical store where you can find all the things you have dreamed of having for your bedroom. They have you lie down on the beds until you are very comfortable. They make alignments with a laser to make sure your body has adequate support. Everyone in the store has a hand in making you feel like you are part of a big family instead of a customer. They stay with you all the way. When you have made your selection and they are printing your invoice, ,,they invite you to have a quick lunch, hot dogs, soda and popcorn. For such exceptional treatment you would expect to pay a very huge price, WRONG! It is more reasonable than the old fashioned mattress that lasts half the time at twice the price. Over the years, I have purchased various types of mattresses and bedding accessories for my family and myself and their recommendations have always been spot on. Their recommendations were a big part of overcoming back pain which I suffered from for a long period of time due to an injury. Nice place for a knock off of a sleep number bed and a better price and better quality than the actual sleep number bed. Plus they are still in business even tho I bought my bed like in 2000. What a total relief! hehe I am so glad they are still around if I ever need to replace a part they will still be around I hope in the future :) great popcorn too. Oh and the delivery of my entire bedroom set went off without a hitch. When we moved and took out the dresser drawers a year and a half later. A few of the drawer sliders messed up. We went to them and told them that, they gave us like two boxes enough for three dressers of the slidders! like a dozen! still have them in a box and those things do not come cheap! 5 STARS!! I have never spent this much time "test driving" a mattress before. Sandy at Innomax took us through all the different types of adjustable beds and gave us time to lay on the mattresses until we found the one that was the best for our needs. Each time we purchased a mattress, you laid on it for a couple of minutes and made your decision. Sandy took an hour with us, telling us about the construction of the mattress and explaining how it would or wouldn't help our joint pain and getting a good night's rest. After trying our several we found the mattress that is perfect for us and we couldn't be more thrilled. I've had a water bed for the last 35 years, the last 20 years I've bought the mattress from Innomax. My back is getting worse now, age I guess, anyway I thought it was time for a change to a regular firm mattress. My salesperson was Sandy, let me tell you that lady knows her stuff. She had us try many beds including air beds. The last bed she had us try was an adjustable memory cell split king. She explained in detail the pros and cons of each one. Tommy helped me pick out my mattress. He is extremely knowledgeable on all the products and took time to get to know my sleep patterns, etc.. to help me select a bed that works for me. I bought the Trinity.. it's been 3 weeks since my purchase, and I am very happy! It took about a week to "wear in" the bed, and now I have been sleeping great!
