My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Innerview Ultrasound! As a first-time mom, I had a lot of questions and concerns, especially about the safety of the equipment, Doppler use, and even the amount of pressure applied with the probe needed to get good images. Kathy took the time to answer every question patiently and thoroughly, which really put my mind at ease. I honestly don't understand some of the negative reviews. From our experience, she has a great personality, is clearly passionate about what she does, and genuinely cares about giving families the best possible experience. She took her time to get the perfect images of our baby and made the appointment feel special rather than rushed. And the deposit policy is clearly listed on her website under FAQs, and every business has to put policies in place for their protection, too. She was also incredibly accommodating by fitting us in at the last minute so we could confirm our baby's gender before our gender reveal party. She even let us pop confetti in the ultrasound room to celebrate, even though she had to clean it up afterward! Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend Innerview Ultrasound to anyone looking for a special opportunity to see their baby. We left with beautiful images, peace of mind, a bunny stuffy with a sound of babies heartbeat, and wonderful memories we'll always cherish. read more

Kelly is absolutely amazing and the experience is priceless. Being able to see my baby girl outside of doctors offices brings a peace of mind that is unmatched. Kelly also has so much knowledge about babies from all her years which is critical for a first time mom like myself. read more

We love Kelli! This was our second visit. We saw her early on at 17 weeks, and Kelli advised us we likely wouldn't get the best pictures because of the timing. When I explained the reasons for our request she was so accommodating and went above and beyond to get us the best possible pictures to share with a family member before they passed. We went back for our 28 week ultrasound and wow! The pictures are incredible. My favorite thing about Kelli is that she is constantly giving us information you won't find on the baby apps about our little girls development and progress! I learned today that you can see baby's lashes on US because of the calcium! I can't wait to go back in a few weeks and get more pictures of our little girl! I've read some of the negative reviews that others have posted and I want to point out a few things: Regarding cancelation policy and late fee, these things are clearly outlined BEFORE you book an appointment. This is a family owned business, if you book a lot and no show, that's another mom that doesn't get to see her baby that day, and an hour of Kelli's time that she can't get back "High Prices" - I've gone twice, and both times Kelli has extended our visit significantly in order to get the best pictures possible, and has included images that were fantastic even if it was not part of the package. Kelli is not rude, cocky, or unhinged. she is intelligent and extremely well versed in her speciality. She knows what she is talking about and that's why she's the best. I have gained so much weight during this pregnancy and it's something I am so self conscious about, and while I understand that questions about body type can be off putting to some, it really does make a difference in the image quality. Kelli only wants to provide the best service, so she asks questions to ensure you come in at the perfect time. When I expressed self esteem issues around my weight she was incredibly kind and reassuring. You can tell which reviews were written by people who followed her advice and her policies, and those that were written by people that didn't and therefore had a bad experience. It is 100% user error if you had a bad time. Thank you Kelli! read more

My son will be one on January 4th, it has been a whirlwind of a year but I wanted to make sure I came on and thanked Kelly. My husband didn't believe in doing this experience at first but now he is convinced and we will be doing it for every child. I loved having the ability to see my sweetie before I was able to hold him. It made every ache, pain, and fear worth it. I was forced into a CSection as he was estimated to be 11lb 4 oz at 40 weeks and the fear that came with that was partially remedied by the hope these pictures gave me. I would just look at these pictures and remember the great reward that was to come. He was much bigger at 40 weeks than when these scans were taken at 28 weeks. They are pictures I will keep for a lifetime! Our stuffie (lolli the lion) with his heartbeat is one of his favorites and he jams out to the beat of his heart which as a mom, it is the most satisfying thing ever. PS my midwife tried to convince me that these scans would essentially be CGI and would not be accurate. Just based on these pictures I don't think I have to prove that is severely incorrect! read more

Is there a way to give Kelly and her staff 6 stars?? Bc we totally would!!!! Wow! No words for how amazing our experience here was today. Seeing our little girl was a dream come true and Kelly made it possible. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable, understanding, and very accommodating. Kelly was so great about taking her time to get the perfect photos and make sure we were happy. The office was spotless and we felt totally safe how she handled everything from start to finish in terms of Covid protocols. I can't wait to come back when we have our next child. Wow! What a great experience- our baby was not cooperating but Kelly persevered! What a beautiful moment and a calming atmosphere

So happy I found this place! My baby prefers to sleep in a ball with his arms and legs covering his face. Kelly was so patient and determined to capture beautiful images and that's exactly what she did! I highly recommend Kelly's services! You will not be disappointed. read more

My daughter left a previous 3D ultrasound appt. at Before We Meet in tears because they said they couldn't get clear pictures and ended the session. We then contacted innerview ultrasound and she couldn't have been more accommodating. She stayed late to make sure we got the best pictures of baby possible. She explained every part of the process and worked hard to get baby to cooperate. She went above and beyond. We left with so many pictures and so happy to see baby girl. I can't thank her enough! We can't wait for our next appt. read more

I have been coming to innerview since I found out I was pregnant. Kelly has done numerous ultrasound for me and she has been nothing but amazing! Kelly was amazing ! Place is so cute ! We got amazing clear pictures of our second baby ! So happy with the turn out

Kelly is incredible at what she does and her passion for her work can be felt from the moment you walk in. She is an expert in her field and she not only helped me feel more connected to my little boy but she allowed me to better understand him and his movements! My husband and I were blown away with the amount of time, patience and 1:1 care she offered us. I was referred to Kelly by a few coworkers, and after visiting her office I plan to tell as many people as I can. Her experience and knowledge is invaluable, and especially for a new mom this is something that I really appreciated. Kelly is kind, genuine and brilliant at what she does. My husband and I are already planning our next visit there and we are so grateful for the precious opportunity she gave us to really meet our little one. We had ultrasounds in the first trimester through our regular OBGYN but felt disappointed with how spaced out they were. Visiting Kelly and getting to see him even more up close put all of our worries at ease and gave us an experience we will never forget. You will be amazed in the care that she offers every expecting mom who walks through the door. Highly recommend Kelly and InnerView US! read more

We had an okay experience. I was happy with the photos and to see the baby. I also was grateful for the last minute scheduling, for the thorough directions, and for the product quality. There were some low points. The woman who did our scan was quite chatty and seemed stressed, but at times, I felt she was pushy and was a bit uncomfortable. She commented a few times about fetuses being difficult or uncooperative, but it was just a fetus - i had pretty low expectations of my fetus cooperating! Haha. I was disappointed to spend a whole session hearing her talk about how poorly the session was going when I would have preferred to be quiet and focus on my daughter. My friend was there for an earlier appointment and she shared details from my friend's appointment, which felt like perhaps she was violating my friend's privacy. Personally, I would have preferred a quiet and peaceful session with a bit more professionalism so I could share the experience with my spouse in an unobtrusive way. read more

Kelly was so nice and awesome!! I booked an apt last min today and she got me right into her schedule even though it was after hours! She really takes her time with the ultrasounds and explaining everything (my little man was being so stubborn but she wouldn't give up and got me a picture that I can't stop looking at) I highly recommend this place and I will be returning! read more

Kelly at innerView Ultrasound is amazing!! She really took her time to give us a wonderful experience to see our little boy and all of his expressions! I was a little nervous with having an anterior placenta and being able to see him as well with it being in front, but I took Kelly's advise and drank the suggested amount of water so fluid was exceptional for even better photos, and she gave us such a special experience. She is so talented! Thank you so so much we loved every minute read more

Update: My sister came back here for a 3D/4D ultrasound. She brought 6 of us with her, and we all fit super comfortably. Kelly was absolutely AMAZING! Baby boy was not wanting to cooperate, and Kelly spent a lot of time working on different angles to still get us beautiful pictures!!! She made sure my sister was comfortable the entire time, and didn't stop until we had amazing photos to take away! I love, love, love it here!!! read more

Such an amazing experience I have to say hands down! Breathtaking and doctor Kelly is very phenomenal!!!! Can't wait to come back !!! First can I say that we were running very late due to an unexpected overload at work at the last minute of the day! She not only accommodated us , she spent so much time with us! Made us feel so welcomed! She is kind patient and family oriented which we loved! Her prices are insane!! She printed us so many pictures (more then we were meant to get) and also showed us out baby in 3D when that's not even what we were there for! My husband and children were thrilled they were able to see the baby , due to COVID no one will let them In and it's heartbreaking! She took a video of us while exploding the cannons! She does smoke bombs! Also pink or blue lighting in her cozy suite that is stunning! I have been to another facility like this and I can say hands down DOCTOR KELLY BLOWS IT OUT OF THE WATER!!!! we can't wait to come back!!! We planned on coming back again at 24 weeks and as far as 36 weeks! Yay doctor Kelly you made our entire year! By the way ITS A GIRL read more

What a wonderful experience we had with Kelly! She really takes her time and never made me feel rushed like I usually feel at a normal ultra sound appointment. We went for a 3D/4D and unfortunately at our first appointment our baby was not cooperating and were not able to get the images we wanted. She had us come back a few hours later after we ate dinner at no extra charge and again, the baby wasn't cooperating. She was able to get me in again today for another appt (again, no charge) and finally got beautiful photos of baby! Kelly really cares and is great at what she does! read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE! InnerView ultrasound is amazing. The office is beautiful and comfortable, and Kelly and Joe (the owners) make you feel so welcomed the second they answer the phone! I made my first appointment with them when I was 11 weeks pregnant when my anxiety was through the roof! I called InnerView and Kelly got me in the next day so my husband and I could see our little baby. Joe gave us such helpful tips on what I can do to calm my nerves. We then went back for our gender reveal, and then later for our 3D ultrasounds. For our last ultrasound our baby was not cooperating and would not move his hands off of his face so Kelly and Joe let us come back another day to try it again. We got the most incredible ultrasound pictures from InnerView. Kelly and Joe are the most amazing people. They are so nice and have become my family. I highly recommend coming here. I will be using them with all my future pregnancies! read more

Made an appointment. Went to the first ultra sound really just to find out sex. Things were okay. Can't record. Which sucked because I wanted the reaction on my husbands face. I was surprised when I made a second appointment for 4d pictures but I wanted to support the business and put a deposit down for another appointment. So called and tried to reschedule but was Told I could lose my deposit. . I called on a Thursday and my appointment was on a Saturday. So apparently I called after hours and it because I didn't call within 48 hours which was never explained I lose my deposit. Just overall not nice people. Update: got a nasty text message by I'm assuming owner at 1am and said I signed a contract and that I need to remove my review. What a joke! read more

Kelly is an angel on earth. We requested a same day appointment after 3 consecutive and very emotionally draining scheduling mishaps on the part of Reading Hospital for our anatomy scan. She was kind enough to see us during her lunch break just to get this done, and gave us the most incredible experience ever. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend InnerView. You will not be disappointed! read more

Absolutely Great hospitality and great service. They were so patient with our sleeping baby until they got good view and good snap of the baby. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family. read more

We had a 3D ultrasound with our first baby, and because the second kid usually gets the shaft in the realm of, oh, pretty much everything, I figured that I would at least try to make the effort to get another one done with this kid. Not that I didn't want to see it on the ultrasound. I was more than happy to sneak a peak, but lets face it, the newness of pregnancy wears off by the third trimester (of your first pregnancy). Unless you're Michelle Duggar. Anyway, my review. The place we went to was very similar to the place we went with our first (who was born in CA). Big projection screen, nice soft dim lights, ambient music, and comfortable "exam" tables. Think of the establishment as being kind of like your living room. Warm and inviting. The place was very clean, and the staff was friendly and professional. We had a really good experience. They were very patient with us having to referee our son, who was also remarkably well behaved, given that we had dragged him out of a nice nap. The ultrasound technician took a lot of time explaining things to us and had a decent sense of humor, which is a big plus in my book. You get a little dvd of some looped video footage, a few prints, as well as a good amount of pictures on disc. This isn't something that's diagnostic, but they will call your physician if they see something wrong, however, that's all they CAN tell you legally. They can't tell you if they've seen anything, but it's reassuring to know that they will call your physician if it warrants it. All in all, it's worth the money. If you want some nice 3D images of your baby, the gold package is really all you need and is definitely a nice keepsake momento for the baby book. I still love looking at the ones we had taken with our son, and he's two. read more

I had my ultrasound here yesterday to reveal the gender of our baby. The experience at Innerview ultrasound was amazing. Kelly is so sweet and accommodating, and her husband Joe is very friendly and also very knowledgeable at his job. It literally took him a minute or two to reveal the gender, even though my baby boy was being a stinker and not cooperating. Having our family in the room with me and my husband when we found out is something we'll never forget and something you can't do at most places. We loved this place so much, we've already made another appointment for us all to go back for 3D/4D ultrasounds. Can't wait! Thanks again for providing us and our family with such a relaxing atmosphere and wonderful experience. We'll be sure to recommend you to all our friends and family! read more

InnerView Ultrasound - It's a BOY!!! - Ultrasound Imaging Centers Near Me - Malvern, Pennsylvania

My positive experience with this center started when I made my first phone call. The business is owned by a husband and wife and I ended up talking to the wife on the phone for a half an hour. She was unbelievably friendly, sweet, enthusiastic, and entertained all of my questions. The center itself is very clean and inviting. The other woman who works the front desk is equally as nice and friendly. The room where you get the actual ultrasound is very comfortable. It's very cozy and dark, and you lay down and there is a couch for kids or extra family members, and a chair for your partner. There is a massive screen where they show you the ultrasound, it felt like we were in a movie. The husband is the one who does the ultrasounds and he is very friendly and witty himself. Just make sure if you don't want to find out the sex right then and there (for example, a gender reveal party) BOTH of the screens are turned off when he types in the sex onto the screen. Whereas with my first ultrasound which was about 30 seconds, this one lasted a while, about 20 minutes. He showed us multiple angles and we really got to enjoy it. We got some awesome sonogram photos to take home which he labeled for us so we knew what we were looking at. We also got to take a DVD home of our sonogram, complete with music playing in the background which makes me cry every time. We are having a BOY and found out at 14 weeks, but some people aren't able to find out from them until 16 weeks, just depends on your situation. I'd highly recommend. read more

Kelly is absolutely amazing. We did a 3/4D ultrasound package. My husband and I have not stopped talking about our experience today. We will absolutely be going back before our sweet boy is born. Highly recommend coming here! read more

Can not recommended this place enough! The couple that owns the facility are so sweet and really try to give you the best experience possible. Facility is super cozy and comforting and I was treated like an old friend. I went for a 9 week ultrasound (wanted a nice pic to show family when we revealed at Christmas) - had a great experience! The ultrasound room was huge and very relaxing (music, comfy couch and table). I will definitely be scheduling my gender ultrasound in a few weeks so my husband can come along... I'm sure he'll be much more comfortable in this atmosphere as opposed to the clinical Dr's office. :) read more

They were wrong with my gender prediction when I went in at 16 weeks, I had a gender reveal party for a girl and found out via my OB that I was having a boy at 20 wks. I cannot speak more highly of Kelly and InnerView. She goes above and beyond making sure everyone feels extremely comfortable. The office environment is very clean and beautiful. There is a big screen on the wall to show the baby and also a couch and another screen if you have a large party with you so everyone can see the baby. She is extremely accommodating and takes the time with each patient. She really explains everything that you are looking at and does not make you feel rushed. Amazing experience from start to finish! The owner is super nice and goes above and beyond to accommodate. They stayed late as we couldn't coordinate our work schedules during the day. The guy who did our ultrasound was so funny and informative. We went to find out gender on Dec 20, 2012 and I must say this was the best expierence we had together as a family. This place is just perfection! He is very educated and a true caring person. The place is beautiful, you couldnt find a cleaner place neat as a pin!! We went for a gender determination and we were taking a big leap of faith driving almost 3 hours to get one done. The day before our appointment there was a "Huge" snow storm coming, so of course like anyone else we left early and made it a mini vacation. The storm ended up being a dusting and Innerview was closed the next day but so kindly came in to do our ultrasound so we could get back home. When we had the ultrasound done, the tech was amazing. Explained every little detail and was making jokes the whole time... was definitely someone we won't be forgetting any time soon. And to top everything off, we got to take a DVD home along with a keepsake bear, inside was my daughter's heartbeat playing. Definitely worth the ride and we will be returning soon for our 23 week 3D ultrasound. read more
