Terry and team having been walking our Yorkie for for mid day walks for over 2 years. They are extremely reliable (we have never had an issue). They listen well to our details and follow our instructions perfectly. Highly recommend Inner Loop Pet Sitting. We have had Sharon which lives near us and she's great! read more

I have nothing but positive things to say about Inner Loop Pet Sitting. We began using their services when we moved to Houston. My partner and I travel quite a bit and we prefer for our dog to stay at home where she is comfortable and will not be stressed out by noisy environments at boarding facilities. Their communication is fast and efficient and so far we've always been matched when a sitter on our requested dates. You can leave a key with them so that you don't have to bother meeting up each time before/after a visit to exchange the key. They have various visit options/rates. We like to do two 30-minute walks for morning and evening plus a 15-minute potty break midday. I'm not sure how their prices compare to other businesses but we find the rates reasonable! We are grateful to have had Sharon take care of our pup several times recently. Sharon has been great at communication and checks in with us prior to each trip. She sends updates and photos/videos of our dog each time she comes by for a visit. We know our dog is in great hands with her! Highly recommend Inner Loop! read more

A horrific experience. First of all the actual sitters are NOT insured and bonded. The woman who owns the company supposedly is but is unwilling to provide proof of this. I had a bad feeling when the sitter did not return messages for a day. When I said I would have a friend check on my pets to insure they were being cared for, the owner became combative and verbally abusive. She then told me she was cancelling 8 hours before I was leaving on my business trip. The most unprofessional dealings I have ever had with a business. I would not trust these people to water a plant let alone care for pets. read more

I just recently moved to Houston and almost completely forgot that I needed to schedule a pet sitter for my baby girls before my boyfriend and I took a mini-vacation to Vegas. (I know, how terrible does that sound?!) Either way, about a week before our trip, I started looking online and ran across Inner Loop Pet Sitting, checked out their reviews and saw the great feedback from everyone so decided to try them. We all know that we are super over-protective of our fur babies and get really nervous trying out new sitters, so I sent the email and got a response from Terry that Lily would be available and that she would check in with me. Well, after a few emails back and forth, I met Lily the day before we went on vacation and she is a total sweetheart. Let me tell you, she had a list of questions that covered EVERYTHING! I was pleasantly surprised that Inner Loop accounts for everything they can think of and makes notes to remember where the food is, what to do if there is an accident (like where the cleaning products are), where the trash chute is, etc. I was even shocked she asked me where the toys were! My girls usually sleep most of the day and I told Lily she may not even see them since they like to hang out and sleep under the bed. But as I'm looking at the Eiffel tower in Vegas, I get a picture of my girls! She wrote me a long text explaining exactly what happened and also that the girls warmed up to her and came out from under the bed to be scratched. This didn't happen once but every time she visited with my baby girls! With tons of pictures! I was so surprised and will no doubt be using them again. Thanks so much Inner Loop and Lily! :) I will always leave my girls to be taken care of by you. Inner Loop is also insured and licensed and responded quickly to every email, text or phone call I sent to them. They exude professionalism and really make your fur babies feel as if they are taken care of by family. Affordable, reliable and the absolute best! read more

Inner Loop Pet Sitting - Dog Walkers Near Me

See all

YAY for a caring, reliable pet sitting service! Used them for the first time when going on a 12 day trip out of the country. I was nervous til I met Judy (my cats' sitter) and Terry (the owner, who sat for the cats one day Judy couldn't). My cats LOVED them (I do have very sociable cats) and even better, they loved my cats. Got updates every day (when text didn't come through, they switched to email right away) and tons of pics of happy cats who looked like they didn't care if we came home. Is it expensive? Yes, but a little less than other bonded/insured/reputable sitters in this area. And the peace of mind (and happy cats) were worth it! read more

Terry is extremely professional. She takes excellent care of my cat! She sends me e-mails/Text messages with photos of my kitty! Terry is an excellent listener and manages to catch everything I say, and more. I love this pet sitting service! read more

Inner Loop Pet Sitting - Playing with her Mouse House! - Dog Walkers Near Me

I have been using Inner Loop Pet Sitting for about a year now and find them to be wonderfully reliable. Sharon has been taking care of my cat the most recently, and she sends me pictures and videos of my fur baby when I'm out of town. I highly recommend them. read more

Terry is really great and my dogs love her. She does a wonderful job! When one of my dogs got sick and I had to cancel the walks she was very accommodating and understanding. I feel like she genuinely cared about my pets and I hope to continue to use her in the future! read more

I never used a pet sitting service before and was really nervous about my cat and my very anxious Boxer mix being left alone over night. Both Terry and Judy were fantastic about communication and easing my own distress. Judy stayed over 2 nights and did a great job of taking care of my animals and checking in with me about their well-being several times a day. Would definitely recommend this place for Houston city pet owners. read more

Gwenn is so great with my pup. She's extremely friendly, professional and very easy to get in contact with. She works with my crazy schedule and gives me much needed peace of mind. My pup loves having her come over for a walk and she always sends me a text update so I know he's doing ok. I couldn't ask for more in a pet sitter read more

I never had to hire a kitty sitter before, but my girl is getting up there in age now and needs a little extra attention. I did some shopping around and reviews influenced my opinion, along with a phone interview. This company was reasonable and professional. Being gone for a week was long for me, but my fur-baby?.... well - I believe my kitty was having a ball while I was a way: playing with a new buddy, photo shoots everyday, and getting the full treatment of plush, heavenly goodness. Before I hired Inner Loop Pet Sitting I used to dread, and sometimes turn down, out-of-town trips. Peace of mind is valuable and Inner Loop Pet Sitting has changed our lives! read more

We had to book a very last-minute cat sitter and Terry was very kind on the phone, working a miracle for us as we were about to leave on our honeymoon the next day. Lily was available to care for our cat, and she could not have been more kind and attentive to our little guy. Initial visit in our place involved signing forms, giving vet and procedural information, and emergency contacts. Needless to say, although we were going to be out of the country we knew he would be cared for in the event of an emergency. We received updates on our cat with pictures, which provided peace of mind and was just plain fun (although it made us miss him more!). Thanks to Lily for caring for our cat so well while we were away, and to Terry for arranging all of it so quickly when another pet sitter went incommunicado. We will definitely be using them again, and we travel a lot! read more

I had to write a review because of what wonderful service I received. If I had questions Terry was right there to answer them. (and I had a lot, as I am obsessed with my cats) Terry did not take care of my kitties, but she had a really sweet girl named Sherri stop in to take care of them. She was very prompt and observant. I would also like to add that I had a slight emergency while on vacation and Sherri called me to let me know everything was OK and eased my mind that my kitties were in good care. I would and will recommend this service to my friends and family :) read more

Inner Loop Pet Sitting is by far the best! I have been using Terry and/or Gwenn for a little over a year now. Gwenn comes to my house at least three times a week and is always willing to work with my crazy schedule. I am a young professional and work long, unpredictable hours and often (at least once a week) ask Gwenn to make a last minute, unscheduled evening visit to my house to let the dogs out when I need to work late. Several times Gwenn has dropped the dogs off at boarding or picked the dogs up from boarding when I have not been able to (I am certain that each of these times has been an unscheduled, last minute "can you please help me" type text). When Gwenn can't make it to my house for these visits, Terry promptly fills in. During the first month that I had my puppy, Terry would come three times a day to let her out of her kennel and help me with potty training. When I had to go out of town at the very last minute for work and all the sitters were booked, Terry worked hard to build a schedule with three different sitters to stop in on their breaks throughout the day and watch my puppy (she didn't have all of her shots yet and could not be boarded). These sitters went above and beyond for me! This was such a stressful time with work and Terry did everything possible to make sure that the dogs were taken care of. After the puppy (who is now a 103 lb dog) went to training, Gwenn came over on a weekend to walk with me in order to learn the training techniques for their weekly walks (heel, sit, stay). During the week, I always receive a text when the visit is over letting me know that the dogs are doing well and what they did during the visit. Sometimes I get a funny photo! When I get home, the dogs have a full bowl of water and any messes are always cleaned up. Once, Terry even texted me to remind me to be careful when walking the dogs in the evenings because she heard of a mugging just down the street from me (Montrose). In the past year, I have never been left hanging, even in my numerous last minute requests. With my stressful job, it is so nice to know that I can rely on Terry and Gwenn. I cannot speak highly enough of them and am so pleased with their services! read more

Recently, I contacted Terry and asked her to pet sit my cat once again. While on vacation, I received a call from Terry saying that none of the keys I left her unlocked the door to my house. As I began to worry, Terry suggested maybe we call a locksmith to help us unlock the door. The company said it would be at least 45 minutes until someone could get to my house. Terry told me that she didn't mind waiting there until the locksmiths came. After the locksmith arrived, they drilled through the lock and Terry was able to enter. However, the locksmith did not have a replacement lock for my house in the vehicle she came in. So, she needed to drive to Home Depot to get one for us. Again, Terry said she was willing to stay at my house and wait. A while later, the locksmith returned with the new lock and replaced it. In total, Terry patiently spent around 3 hours at my house waiting while this issue was being resolved. Without her help, my cat would have been locked inside the house our whole trip! Terry's done a fabulous job both times she's watched my cat! She sent daily text messages with pictures to give updates on how my cat was doing. I could tell she really cares about my cat while she's watching her. I highly recommend Inner Loop Pet Sitting to anyone looking for a pet sitter! read more

Terry is amazing! She totally spoils my cat and is so friendly. She sends me picture updates during every visit, and I trust her completely. She even noticed that my bedsheets were arranged differently after some friends spent the night while I was gone and texted me to make sure nothing fishy was going on. Her prices are also extremely reasonable compared to other places I have looked into. You definitely won't regret hiring her to take care of your furballs. read more

I have been using Inner Loop Pet Sitting for almost 2 years. Lily is our pet sitter and she is the best sitter we have ever had. She even came to help my cats during a hurricane warning, when I was stuck at a wedding in Brenham for the weekend due to the bad weather. She cares for my 5 cats, and gives full reports after each session. Terry is very quick with her emails and service. Highly recommend them both! read more

Terry is always available and watches my cat and keeps him company. I am so glad I found this service. It is easy and convenient for when I go out of town. Highly recommended. read more

I can't say enough good things about this service. I feel at ease when I'm away knowing my fur babies are well taken care of. Service and scheduling is always prompt and she always includes a recap and pictures of my kitties. They love Miss Terry! Highly recommended! read more

I used this service this past weekend, while we were on vacation. Judy, the pet sitter, sent me several rude and condescending texts, completely unprofessional. I will never allow for her to care for my pets again. Terry was professional enough to refund my fee, but she has chosen to keep Judy on staff, even after reviewing the text messages that Judy sent me. read more

Terry does an amazing job of getting back to us right away when we need help with our animals. They are always on time and our zoo absolutely loves her and her staff. I would tell anyone that it is a wise choice to use Inner Loop Pet Sitting! read more

Terry was very flexible and professional when coming to my apt to cat sit. She always kept me informed how my cat was doing.

My experience with Terry was wonderful. I went on a 10 day vacation and needed someone to watch my two kitties while I was gone. Terry conducted a preliminary interview and met both cats and asked lots of questions. While I was away, one of them became stressed and had bowel problems. Terry was very good about keeping him clean. She texted me a photo and update after each visit; I looked forward to that report everyday. I recommend this company to anyone who needs a pet sitter. read more

I can't heap enough praise on Terry & Inner Loop Pet Sitting, which I have used to cat-sit for my two felines for more than two years. I travel frequently, sometimes for 5-6 weeks at a time, several times a year. Terry texts me daily to report on playtime/feeding/etc. with my "girls," usually including a really cute photo. Whenever I return, food/water bowls/litter boxes are always clean & neat. Several of my friends & neighbors have met Terry, and they all think she is as swell as I do....I wouldn't use any other cat sitting service -- Terry is the best! read more

I have been using Terry and her group of dog walkers for the last 3 years and I wouldn't use ANYONE else! They are ALL friendly, responsible, and amazing with our 2 dogs. The care and love that is shown towards us, our pets, as well as our house, is quite obvious each time we come home from a trip. It takes a lot of trust to let someone care for your animals, collect your mail, let into your home while your not there.....and Terry and her staff are the only ones I would ever use. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone. They are top-notch and supreme above all the rest! read more

The best! Terry is the best. She is timely, professional, trustworthy, and communicative. She takes care of my dog like he's her own - I couldn't ask for anything more from her services. Highly recommended. 5 stars all around. read more

Terry was so good with my guys. I recommend her and her other sitters highly. I recently moved back to Austin but if I was still in Houston I would continue to use her and her company. They are very communicative and can tell they genuinely love animals. I am a bit of a paranoid dog-dad but always felt like my pups were in good hands. read more

Terry has been watching my cat for almost a year. He doesn't like anyone, but he likes her! She is very professional and sweet. She also sends a text with a cute picture of him after each visit. I travel a lot for work, and it's hard to find someone to trust to care for my baby. I'm glad I found Terry. It's one less thing to worry about when I'm away from home. I highly recommend her. read more
