However they said by default they *always* dry clean women's clothes. No matter what. Even if the instructions say to launder. Despite this never been having disclosed to us when we explicitly had a conversation about these services & prices in advance. Beware of a possible bait & switch, a pink tax, & damage to your clothes because a (very pricey) laundering service won't follow instructions. It was a convoluted process and I'm quite sure that they count upon you deciding that jumping through all the hoops is not worth $20 of your time. If you do jump through the hoops, they call you a liar and basically ask you to prove that you lost $20. Very typical scam behaviour. At least the laundry worked okay, as overpriced as it is (as most are).
