All the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful throughout each series of movements. The space is clean, beautiful, and easy to access. I appreciate the small, intimate class sizes, as they allow for more personal attention and guidance. In my opinion, the best part about this studio is the variety of classes available, catering to different levels and experiences. My first class was a prenatal series, which I thoroughly enjoyed, and it made me feel welcomed into the studio community. The best part is the owner she is extremely knowledgeable and personable but most of all informative, always attuned to the individual needs of each class, and is just a wealth of knowledge of her pilates expertise. From Profesional ballet dancers to new moms this class. I've seen an older community of women who were so strong and ushered me in to challenging movements alongside given such encouragement. The only draw back I wish there were more class times for mommas I just can't get enough..

I have prior Pilates experience (barre/reformer/chair/mat) and girlfriend had none, but picked things up quickly. I think Eurona did a really good job of keeping me challenged as well as focused on technique, while giving my gf the cuing she needed to understand the movements. The studio itself is tucked away in an office park off of rt 29. Actually, if you take the hot lanes on 495 (like I did) to get there the rt 29 exit drops you off almost exactly where you need to be. Epiphany Pilates offers a variety of classes; mat (levels 1-3), reformer (privates and duets), yoga and bootybarre. So there is something for everyone. They have a large open studio space for the group classes and then two smaller rooms for privates. I like the studio set up; this way, you don't feel like you are interrupting anyone's session. I enjoyed my time at Epiphany Pilates, I would recommend the private sessions to anyone wanting to learn more about form and technique. I am also interested in going back for some bootybarre. Eurona clearly has a passion for what she does, and her studio is reflection of that.

Once you find…read morethe building at the back of the parking lot, you walk up 2 sets of stairs and essentially look for their sign. I booked a prenatal massage with Ginger, and it was very relaxing! The massage started with choosing an essential oil, that was placed under the headrest. Ginger checked in with me during the massage regarding the pressure and provided information on why and what she was doing. I recommend booking a prenatal massage here for a relaxing experience!

I feel like she's the only masseuse that takes on prenatal, but despite her busy schedule, she's always been attentive to my needs and takes the time to find out which areas I want to have worked. The location itself is somewhat hard to locate as its in a suite in a cluster of buildings that look virtually identical to each other. Parking is no problem. Scheduling online is easy and expect to pay after your massage. My only complaint is the lack of more sound proof rooms. There was some group of kids outside the window during my second visit and they were ridiculously loud making the environment less relaxing as I could hear them for about half of my appointment. Now that I am not specifically searching for a prenatal massage, I'll have to return for a regular massage to compare.

This is my second time trying hot yoga…read more I originally signed up for a week trial with some friends. But of the 7 days I was only able to go for 2 days. As soon as you walk in, they ask you for your name to check in and then direct you to one of the two studios in which the class will be taking place. The studios were very clean and well maintained. There were lights lining the floor around the room. I'm not sure if this was for the holidays or if this was a permanent lighting.... But it was still nice! I loved that the classes were held in the dark... With the just the lighting along the floor. The the two classes I attended were in the evening, candlelight one was R&b music. The other one was rap music. I'm not going to lie, the music with lyrics is very distracting when it comes to yoga! Especially because the music was pretty loud and the yoga instructor did not use a microphone. As soon as Ginuwine "Differences" and Anoop Dogg "Drop it like it's hot" came on, yoga was over for me LOL. I like that they offer locks at the front...for free, but I had my own lock. They can be returned either in the basket in the bathrooms or at the front. They also provide other toiletries and sanitary products. Also, for first timers, they provide a mat for free which is then returned at the end of the class. There's parking surrounding the building but it can get a little tight. Would I return? Sure, absolutely if it fits my schedule!

Plenty of parking, variety of classes and time. I usually go to yoga at the gym now start coming…read morehere more.

The coaches are super encouraging and do a great job guiding you through the slow, controlled movements that make Solidcore so effective. The Mosaic location is also a huge plus. There's ample parking in the garage, and it's free for a few hours, which makes getting in and out stress-free. After class, you're right in the heart of Mosaic District with tons of great spots to grab a smoothie, coffee, or a full meal--perfect for a post-workout reward. Highly recommend this location for both the workout and the convenient, lively atmosphere around it!

I love the coaches in the Mosaic location (I haven't been to other locations). I am a total beginner to pilates-like classes and the reformer machine. I took ~3 foundation classes to get started and I felt like the instructors were all so great at helping me improve my form to get the best workout possible. I feel pushed but not shamed into challenging myself. They sell towels and water if you happen to forget to bring either. I feel like a sweat a mild-moderate amount and I don't think a towel is absolutely necessary. Water is probably a good idea - but the class is pretty fast-paced so not a ton of time for water breaks anyway. Now that I'm hooked, I typically do ~2 classes/week. I like the early AM classes (but they fill up fast!). I feel like this gym is clean and compact. I get exactly what I need out of it. There aren't showers so plan accordingly if you have plans afterwards (it's a good sweat!) I like their Public Goods toiletries and have even bought some myself after using them at this gym. Awesome location, awesome coaches, and awesome workout :)!
