I was given a card to try a free class in a specific month and called this location, which is closer to where I live. It's been open since October of 2020. The owner Kim is very nice. Before I went in for my first session, I called them, and I was able to try a session there. They were so nice about it and sent me a reminder text the day before to confirm I was still coming. When I went in, Kim showed me around the facility and spoke to me about the benefits and how things work. It's accessible 24x7 and has certain hours staffed. Unstaffed hours there is a help device and a couple of neck ones you can wear with you in case of an emergency. There's a monthly membership option ($59 unlimited classes) and an option to pay for a set amount of classes (4 or 8) that you can use anytime. You have to purchase a mat and towel from them ($99). These are made to not melt or release any toxins, which is the reason why. The location is great and easy to find. It's in a plaza with other business and plenty enough parking. One thing I'd point out is that the ceilings are not too high inside the exercise sauna pods. I'm 5'7 and I did the yoga, and when i had to stretch my arms, they were almost touching the ceiling. She very carefully diagnosed my condition, and then worked hard to find a solution that would address everything I needed. It was truly remarkable. She was very thorough and patient and helped me to understand not only each of the items I would now be taking, but also what their purpose was, and any suggestions on how to apply them most effectively.
