When I saw Jackie at that first visit she was great, but at the third visit I made the "unforgiveable sin" of admitting I still had some pain even with the meds. She then proceeded to lecture me about chasing a high ( then lied and said she never said that) and said she would not treat me anymore. She never asked me any followup questions, and just became very judgemental and totally uncaring, I'm a 60 year old woman with Crohn's disease, a debilitating and uncurable disease, and for her to compare my pain with other patient's as insignificant and possibly nonexistant was outrageous. This was a devastating experience, Jackie Muckians's behavior was totally unprofessional. Fortunately I found a new doctor who understands the disease and is treating me properly and with empathy.
