There is a parking lot and street parking available and a nice park across the street where we had a little picnic with what we bought. Because we were driving through on our road trip, we decided to make a stop here for a late lunch this last Tuesday afternoon, around 2:15 pm. After we parked, we walked inside and headed towards the salad bar/ hot bar food area. After looking around (there is also a counter that you can order made to order sandwiches and burritos), I ended up deciding to purchase the following: Peanut Chicken Sesame Noodle Salad, $8.99- This was quite a massive portion so I only ended up eating about 1/3 of it and then had the rest over the next few days (I ended up mixing it with some chopped cucumbers and tomatoes that I had to make a large salad). I loved the peanut sesame dressing and noodles in this salad but wished there was more chicken. Mayak Egg Noodle Bowl, $8.99- My husband picked this salad for himself but I didn't have any. He thought it was good and appreciated something fresh, as his bowl had shredded cabbage, like my salad, and cucumbers and shredded carrots. Pumpkin Pie, $6.99- My husband saw this small pumpkin pie and decided to get it because he is such a big fan of it. I actually don't like pumpkin as much as when I was much younger. But I did like this pie and thought the flavors were well balanced, not too overly sweet. ---------------------------------------- (Total= $24.97) I really appreciated that the little dining area (there is also an outdoor dining area as well but because it had rained previously, we opted to sit inside) had plastic bowls and plates available for you to put your food in. This was helpful for me to be able to thoroughly mix my noodle salad since the dressing was mostly on the bottom. Then after I mixed it, I just put it back in the plastic container and only left about 1/3 of the salad in my bowl to eat. If I lived in this area, I would definitely be a regularly of this market (specifically for the prepared food area).

I'm a big fan of locally owned and opposed shops of all flavors in small towns - they just hit different - and this place is a prime example of that. Cute, as expected decor and some random touristy things. You can tell their og to the area and proud of it. I love that! I'm the owner of Bigelow transport and we have several trucks going up and down the highway. I stopped with my truck. I pulled up far enough to where I wasn't blocking her parking lot. The space is out in front of the store and I left enough room in front of the truck so I was not blocking the entrance to the post office or her parking was nobody in the parking spaces. It's raining I walked in whomever the lady was asked me if that was your truck out front and I said yes it is and she says you're blocking my parking spaces and she started to tell me how I needed to move the truck because I was blocking her parking spaces and I was blocking the whole parking lot again. I've been doing this for years. I didn't block anything I didn't block the front of the store. I didn't block her parking spaces and I find it very rude and disrespectful to a customer who is just coming in the store for maybe the second time in 10 years wanting to buy something in the store was nobody around there was two customers inside as well. The lady was so rude and disrespectful towards me that I left the store. Her allegations were false. There was absolutely no merit to what she said. I find it completely and totally unacceptable if she's the owner shame on her if she's an employee, she needs to be fired.
