Hotel suite on PH level had a jacuzzi, terrace, living room space, and bedroom with extremely soft linens. Cost was $350 a night which is what we'd pay for an ordinary room nearby. Easy parking, great coffee, very friendly staff and when we needed to extend checkout a few hours the cost was shockingly low, they were very accommodating. Didn't try room service but no problems ordering Uber Eats to the hotel. They also have an option of placing chocolate covered strawberries, rose petals and champagne in the room for $75. Regardless of occasion, choice this option! Primo will definitely stay here again if life brings us back to the neighborhood.

A guest key should not open a room when it's been deadbolted from the inside only an E key (Emergency key) should open the door from the outside! I was moved three times and each room lock had the same problem. That's insane! The last room - 301 also had a fickle HVAC. One minute it was blowing cold air, on a day that was below freezing, I didn't need that. The next it was hot air. Go figure. There's a complimentary Breakfast. More than toast and coffee. See photos. They're under renovations. Stuff happens. The elevators work. Rooms have refrigerators. Most of the usual, expected amenities. The halls on the guest floors is a bit of a maze.

Wedding Day Nightmare: Don't Take the Risk Upon check-in,…read morethe Fox Hollow hotel gave us the wrong room. We only found out when another person was ALSO given a key and surprisingly entered! (This issue was mention in other comments and owners said it was addressed... guess not.) The hotel made us move rooms without offering help--despite having very few carts for a fully booked property. Then the night before our wedding, the air conditioning in the room failed, and they couldn't relocate us. Instead they brought fans that kept us awake and uncomfortable all night. The next morning, we pushed a cart loaded with all our belongings and my wedding dress up and down the hall to three different rooms--none of which had a hook for my wedding dress. I finally had to borrow a family member's room to hang the dress and to invite the girls in for hair and makeup. By 9 a.m., I was in tears and shaking on my wedding day because of this hotel and its staff who was rude and unhelpful. Their only apology? One bottle of champagne for a room of 13 women getting hair/makeup done. We ordered another bottle and it took more than an hour to arrive, delaying pictures and angering our wonderful photographer. Once we walked over to the venue things didn't improve. The candlelight ceremony we were promised and had dreamed of for more than a year included ZERO LIT CANDLES! They were told that they were automatic and not set correctly. Additionally, several times we said we only blue and white lighting but the venue had a bright red spotlight behind the alter. All our ceremony pictures are ruined. I called the venue shortly after to ask what happened and the first thing the coordinator Hilary did was put the blame on the grieving bride, "Well did you ASK for all that? Did YOU say something at the time?" she said, as if it were the first time we'd spoken of this. That thoughtless and rude response while we were in tears angered us almost more than the mistake itself. One mistake is forgivable--this was beyond. Do not gamble with your wedding day.

I do not give a price range, because it fluctuates, depending if they want to charge you a high or lesser price.

There was also a dead cockroach in the toilet. There were wires out near the window with wire caps and tape which could definitely be a problem for anyone traveling with children. I also did find several alive cockroaches under the fridge and on the window. All in all, I could not recommend this place. It's overpriced and pretty poor quality. The travel websites may make the hotel seem fairly good, but honestly this is not a good hotel and not worth the money.
