Room was tastefully decorated, very clean, and comfortable. The two aspects that were annoying were: 1) no ice on our floor. We always had to go one floor below to get ice; and 2) the TV was not user-friendly. There was no visual "guide," so we never knew what was airing at any time. Plus there were no premium stations and even very little regular cable stations. It felt like we were in some remote area where they couldn't get any station coverage. Otherwise, it was fine. I would probably stay here again unless we could find a better room rate elsewhere.

The room was beautifully set up when we arrived. The tables, chairs, linens, and tabletop decorations were all arranged perfectly and looked fantastic. Erin, the Events Manager, was wonderful to work with throughout the planning process and was also present on the day of the event, making sure everything ran smoothly. Renting a private event space on a Friday night is never inexpensive, but we found the Viana to be very reasonably priced, especially for 2026. We hosted over 60 guests along with our DJ, Joe from On Fire DJs, and the room felt like the perfect size. There was plenty of space for dining and socializing, while still keeping a great party atmosphere. The dance floor was packed all night with high school graduates having an amazing time. The staff was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to load and unload our balloons, signs, and decorations through the back entrance, which made setup and cleanup so much easier. The food deserves special recognition. Everything tasted fresh and made-to-order rather than prepared hours in advance. The appetizers were hot, crispy, and delicious. The chicken was incredibly juicy and tender. Throughout both the cocktail hour and dinner buffet, guests kept going back for seconds and even thirds. Nearly every plate was cleaned. The dessert selection was equally impressive, with a variety of cakes, pastries, coffee, and tea that gave everyone plenty of options to finish the evening on a high note. Our family and guests had an incredible experience, and we would absolutely recommend the Viana Hotel for any special event. A guest key should not open a room when it's been deadbolted from the inside only an E key (Emergency key) should open the door from the outside! I was moved three times and each room lock had the same problem. That's insane! The last room - 301 also had a fickle HVAC. One minute it was blowing cold air, on a day that was below freezing, I didn't need that. The next it was hot air. Go figure. There's a complimentary Breakfast. More than toast and coffee. See photos. They're under renovations. Stuff happens. The elevators work. Rooms have refrigerators. Most of the usual, expected amenities. The halls on the guest floors is a bit of a maze.

Everything was flawless and there was enough time for the bride and groom to take their pictures with all the decorations! I waited in line at the bar for about 15 minutes and by the time I go to the bartender and asked for a water... the bartender told me they did not have any water. I was 7 months pregnant at the time and obviously cannot drink and the bartender told me to check the other bar. Frustrated beyond belief, I sent my husband to the second bar who the bartender looked confused and said he did not have water as well. My husband had to go to the first floor to find someone setting up the main ballroom to give me water. How can you be a wedding venue and hope people are safe with drinking and not have water available at the bars?! The basement cocktail hour was also very crowded, dark and had no signal. The food was meh for cocktail hour and dinner. Would not recommend.

I do not give a price range, because it fluctuates, depending if they want to charge you a high or lesser price.
