So this is a rating on just this one. First of all the complex needs more parking. There were event's taking place in all three venues and it was almost impossible to find a space. There was limited seating in the building for spectators. It consisted of one small bench, which means that you had to stand throughout the game. I realize that this is ice hockey, but the room was very cold. On a positive note, the ice looks like it was well maintained, with the maintenance people cleaning up the ice between games. Also, outside, you do have to sign a waiver form for each person entering, and hand it to attendant at the window, inside. For Friday night open-skate sessions must pre-purchase tickets online. You'll get email with barcodes to scan at window inside. $10 per person (includes rental for roller skates or roller blades) even if you're not skating. None of the skates have 1/2 sizes. You leave 1 shoe in exchange for the skates as collateral (lol that's new to me), and you can hide your other shoe under the seats somewhere if you don't want to pay for lockers. I've never paid for a locker in my life and never lost a shoe if that helps.

We do not skate and still have been charged. Nobody else does this.. this is the same as price gouging. They really should not charge for people that are accompany. People disabilities, so it is not a place that seems welcoming to those with disabilities caretaker should not be charged unless they are skating.

The employees at the rink were so helpful on getting him the right ice skates, giving pointers for lacing and some great tidbits on getting him used to being on ice skates. The skate rentals are the best I've ever seen and ended up being better than the hand me down hockey ice skates I brought for him. After some help from Jeff, my son went from wanting to go home to asking when we can come back for more ice skating. And he has been talking about ice skating every day since we went last week. They do a great job with covid safety and currently the number of skaters is reduced. I highly recommend coming here for public skating, especially on a weekday. I can't wait to get my kids enrolled in skating lessons here.

I don't come here often, mainly…read more'cause whenever anyone gets the itch to go ice-skating in the mythical central Jersey, they typically come here. Even on week days this place can be a zoo. But ultimately its the best bang for your buck. My biggest issue are all the little hockey brats that enjoy slamming into other skaters. The rink supervisors need to kick them off the ice, but don't. They're young. Otherwise, the staff is supportive, and the ice gets re-polished often enough to keep up with the amount of traffic it gets. The food court sells hot edible food. You'll have a good time regardless of a few bumps and slips.
