Our PUD is building a fiber optic network in our area that will offer up to 1 Gig and when it comes online, Inland will lose many customers. So, Inland, what are you going to do about the lack of bandwidth in our Exchange?

After having confirmed the security code of the account they were dealing with, they proceeded to cut every internet line to the house, and refused to apologize or take blame. Nobody but spectrum cut our lines, and it's very obvious the company is very disorganized. After being told it was not their fault in anyway, I was told to have a great day with no solution to the problem. Very disorganized company.

The third person I spoke with got my billing information and reiterated that there were no cancellation fees. I got my first bill and there was no fee. The second bill magically had an activation fee. I called them and they refused to remove it saying that some box was checked that said they told me about the fee.
