Pricing was very fair for the work, and the crew showed up on time, worked quickly, and did exactly what I had requested. Thank you!

We hired Ivan and his team for concrete work in our backyard after seeing the amazing work they did…read moreat my nephew's new place. No nonsense scheduling, transparent reliable pricing, they were on time, everyone on the team was nice/easy to communicate with, and the work was really high quality. The team was in and out of my yard in 5 days. The first day, they removed and dumped old patio pavers, measured, and flattened or filled in areas with dirt to level the ground. After seeing how nice it started looking even before concrete was poured, I had a change of heart and decided to add additional areas to get work done on. Ivan was very kind and did not get upset, even though that meant they would have to relevel the yard once again. The second day, they removed an old tree, and dumped an old broken down shed (which my kids and family had a great time demolishing), landscape rock, miscellaneous junk we had laying around and cleaned up the entire space. The third day they leveled once again, placed a drain that leads outside to the street so the backyard never floods, coordinated with my AC company to move the pipes correctly so the area underneath can get properly worked on, they even added steel rods where the old tree was removed so when the roots underneath wither away my concrete and the ground beneath wouldn't sink in. On the 4th day, they poured half of the concrete work so they could easily manouver from each side. The fifth and final day they poured cement on the other half of the leftover space. They cleaned up after themselves every day, and the efficiency and communication were great. Would definitely be hiring them again for other work in the future.

I tried to work with him on two different projects and both times even with pictures he attempts to do what he wanted and had to be stopped. To top it off he gets an attitude and shows frustration towards his client if you don't want to accept what he wants to do. I couldn't believe the way he handled me as if I was the issue when I'm sending pictures and showing my exact request and expectations, and he is giving me quotes on my request, yet and still he then comes with his own plans in mind. I requested my deposit back. & Thank God I did! I found out he was double charging me. The same Palm trees he was charging me $845 each for, I found for $350 each! Look at how much I saved on 7 Palm Trees ($3,465)! I'm able to purchase 7 more not going through him! Oh and get this... he told me the price of the trees went up because he quoted me 90 days before I decided to move forward. Be careful people or ladies at least. Not sure if he would even try this behavior with a man. He starts out as a nice and reasonable person and then everything slowly begins to change with his professionalism and attitude towards customer satisfaction and the work to be done, If you don't allow him to do what he wants. I will say the first job I hired him for, he did do a lot of concrete for me and I thought it was a decent job until it started cracking in less than 6 months. He said he would fix it when he did the other project that I didn't end up allowing him to do because he had his own agenda. Now, I'm stuck with a brand new cracked concrete. I also noticed how my concrete had dips in it and he started explaining it was done like that for the rain to flow in direction of my drain, but the water drains in the opposite direction of my drain. Just a headache overall. Oh yea, and I requested rebar in my concrete and he did not do it. By the time I noticed it was too late. He just was saying it's not necessary and would be more expensive. If I ask for something, he shouldn't be determining my finances for me. I can decide if I want or not, but quote me on what I'm asking for. I just feel like I was ripped off completely especially after realizing the way he was over-charging on the Palm Trees. I wonder how much cheaper I could have got my concrete done. During that job, he came to say the cost went up on supplies as well. I personally do not recommend Contemporary Landscape and Maintenance based off my own experience. So at your own risk...

In the meantime, he was constantly trying to talk us out of what we wanted, and when he finally did the work he went ahead and did what he wanted, whether we had agreed to it or not. The only thing we actually got as we wanted was the color of the rocks. The job they did was rushed and shoddy. The weed barrier doesn't block weeds, but it does block the water from hitting the soil around our plants so that our concrete walkway is being watered instead. Our plants are dead or dying, several of them are plants we specifically told him we do not want in the first place, and there is a leak which we have called them out twice to fix but has not been corrected. Additionally, they actually did less work than we paid them for, but he somehow feels justified in asking us for even more money on top of that. I won't work with this company again and I wouldn't recommend  them to anyone. Update: They did refund the money we overpaid.

Let me just say that there are quite a lot of options if you are looking for someone to install artificial turf. I spoke with at least 10 or more different companies before I decided to go with Turf Vision. I have never done a project with artificial turf so I wanted to know everything about it. I suggest that you do some homework before choosing a company. From my experience there is a very wide variety when it comes to cost, so be careful and get a few quotes. I can say with confidence that Turf Vision has the Best prices by far. As I said, I shopped around, and no one could even come close to what Turf Vision had to offer. From the moment I spoke with Roman I had a great feeling. He was friendly and very professional. Most importantly he took the time to explain everything very thoroughly. He was patient even though I had many questions and was generally a very nice person. He made time to come out to my home and help me plan my "Turf Vision." He brought many different samples of turf for me to compare. He explained all the pros and cons of the different grades until I was confident choosing the right one. There was absolutely No pressure involved and I felt good about my decision. The date was sent and the job was done on time. I could not be happier with my Turf. It looks and feels Amazing! Over all I had a wonderful experience with Turf Vision and plan to use them again and again. I am so pleased with my Turf that I am already planing the next project. I can't wait to see my future Turf Visions come true. Thank you Roman
