I can not stress how crazy good of an artist Emilio (Emo) is. I went to California on vacation with my sister & decided to get my first tattoo. The minute I walked into Inkyard, I was greeted by Emo. I told him it was my first tattoo and I was really nervous (Like sweating bullets nervous). He told me I had nothing to worry about and he would walk me through all the steps. Emo asked a lot of important questions to capture exactly what I had in mind. I described to him the tattoo I wanted - something small and delicate but not too delicate. He gave me a step by step of exactly what he was going to do & what he would use to tattoo with. I saw that he had art work in his studio & when I asked him who had painted it, he informed he had & I was instantly blown away. The art work on the wall was beautifully detailed, his ability to make the artwork come to life was remarkable. Before he started the tattoo he told me what it would feel like and roughly how long it would take. I am so happy I got a tattoo by him. A friend of mione referred us to Emo and I went online to review his work, which was excellent with all positive reviews. I was looking to get my last tattoo and my son was getting his first. Mine was reletively siple, where my son's was extremely intricate with a lot of detail. Emo responded immediately and we set up an appointment with him. I gave him a general idea for mine but of course changed my mind before I got there. I gave him my updated design and he handled it like a pro and it turned out most excellent. For my son, he requested more time on a different day to draw it out and make sure that all of the detail was there and as he wanted it and it was going to take 3-4 hours. We came back two days later and he had it drawn out perfectly, larger so that all of the detail could be seen and he got to work. The work was absolutely incredible, the detail was perfect and my son is beyond thrilled. The prices were extremely reasonable and the flexibility on appointment times was appreciated and worked for us perfectly. I highly recommend Emo, his work is excellent and I am so happy to have come here. We will be back and I am sending all of my friends here. read more

(I tried calling twice 4 days before my appt )for a call back but he is obviously too busy to return any calls to answer any questions once an appt is booked so I called 26 hours before my appt was scheduled and as usual had to leave another voice message but immediately received a text message thanking me for cancelling my appt . Later to my surprise I found out through my sister who was getting a tat from Emo , he didn't return my call because he said I called to cancel ..
