I tried to place a small print order (100 flyers) and had a very confusing experience. I submitted a quote request through their website, called during business hours, and emailed directly, but was told none of those channels are checked for small orders. When I came in person, I was quoted $99-$120 for something that typically costs $30-$45 at other print shops, and was told they only handle bulk orders. It's completely fine if a business chooses to focus on large-volume work, but the communication around it was inconsistent and dismissive. If small businesses or individuals are not part of their service model, it would be helpful if that were clearly stated on their website and phone system to avoid wasted time. read more

Their prints are so old it comes with Cartridge problems and the printer stops working! I call the office for assistance and they are careless and come whenever they want. While I'm left without a printer and loosing money for not producing work. They send a video to make me fix it but the video is of no use. This company is really good with charging you on time but the support is useless. I will be canceling my service with them. read more

Our UCLA Campus Photo Studio uses an older epson R2000 to print our graduation portraits, and after our warranty expired it has been impossible to find a repair facility that would even return our call. Not even our campus IT could service inkjets properly. InkJoy responded to our email within minutes; we delivered the printer the next morning, and it was ready in less than 2 days!! The best ink/toner supplier in the town! Inkjoy toners are inexpensive compared to other local suppliers AND good quality for the price. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and reliable and friendly. I would recommend Inkjoy for your printer or copier ink or toner whether you need just one or a bulk. Also ask about their printers on sale. They have some of the least expensive but long lasting ones for cheaper than staples or office depot. They also have Continuous Ink Supply System which will save you A LOT if you own an office and use color prints a lot. read more

I was having a hard time finding a local print shop that offered inkjet printing as most places only have laser printers available. (I needed inkjet for a certain type of paper I was printing on.) I called ahead to check on the inkjet and then stopped by just before they closed. Staff was very friendly. I was in and out in 10 minutes and their rates are very affordable. Would recommend if looking for a go-too local printer. They also rent printers! The shop was a little hard to find - their front door is behind the main entry doors and it's not glass. read more

I brought my small/consumer printer in to get repaired, and even though I was politely told that repairs aren't something they normally do, Joe said he would look at the printer and see if there was anything he could do.
