We were a walk-in group of five and initially asked if we could get five simple heart-outline tattoos for $400 total. We were told no, so we agreed to the $100 per person price and proceeded with the service. While we were filling out the waivers, I asked if we could meet the artist and see some of his work before proceeding. At that point, the staff went to the back and then returned telling us that we would have to come back in November because there were only two artists available. We were very disappointed with the customer service and the way the situation was handled. After we had already agreed to the $100-per-person price and were in the process of completing the paperwork, being dismissed and told to return months later felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of our time. read more

I had an appointment for 1pm. I get there and it's packed. The artist I booked with isn't there so I wait. When she shows up I wait to approach her because she's busy talking to other employees. It's getting close to 2pm so I go up to her and let her know I'm her 1pm appointment. She's very friendly and eventually she calls me up to choose my jewelry and she tells me the pricing. Online it states the piercing is $40. The final price comes out to $80 and also tip. Kinda irks me that she told me I should have booked an appointment sooner since I was telling her I had to get work by 2. Online is stated 15 minutes for a piercing. Vibe is cool here. If I didn't work the day I got my piercing it might have been a more positive experience. read more

The shop was clean with a really nice, comfortable environment. I came in around 1pm as a walk in and only waited about 15-20 minutes while she sterilized everything and got set up, which I really appreciated. I got my first tattoo with Marco, and I'm insanely impressed. Everyone I encountered that day was very professional. I wanted my first tattoo to have deep meaning, and he worked with me after my dear pet passed away. We got a beautiful pet portrait of both of my guinea pigs made up, and it blew me away. I cried several times. For something that I'm gonna have on me for the rest of my life, I was and still am very happy with it. I have my babies with me forever. Marco was very kind the entire way, he made sure I was comfortable and encouraged multiple breaks. All in all, it took 6-7 hours. 5/5 in everything, attention to detail, caring, kind. It's a long one but I'm SO happy! A week ago I spoke to the shop over the phone with my concerns and questions on toddler piercings. The phone call was definitely reassuring and helped me get over my nerves. I forgot a question about the jewelry and messaged them over IG. They got back to me relatively quick and answered my question! The conversations helped me make my final decision on taking my girls here for their first ear piercings. Also the piercers being APP Certified (association of professional piercers) definitely helped as well. It gives a piece of mind for parents that these people actually know what they're doing and you trust them easier. Today my family and I took my two daughters (4 & almost 3) for the first ear piercings! I waited to have them ask me for earrings so that they'd understand what's happening to their bodies (ears) and initially give mom the OK to finally pierce! Came in to our appointment time and were greeted nicely and warmly. We filled out forms for both my kids along with a photo of my drivers license (very important for parents to bring!) Kayla took us (mom, grandma and youngest child) back to the piercing room. We separated my girls to go one at a time to have them focus and just in case, not syke the other one out. Which was brilliant! She put on a show she would enjoy during the piercing process. I personally thought it was so sweet to have some comfortability for a little who doesn't know what's going to happen and not get nerves up in a new place. She explained the process to her and the first piercings complete! She cried during the second one but after she was totally fine! Went out, swapped places and my oldest came in. She handled it so well and no crying, she loved the process and was so excited she finally got her earrings! Took some photos and grandpa covered our bill for their birthdays. We purchased the saline spray for cleaning and we discussed cleaning how-to's with Kayla. Overall, the experience was amazing! From start to finish. We all had the best time. Shop was friendly, clean and welcoming! I felt so comfortable and I will 1000% recommend everyone here. I asked for a large custom piece on my back which Priscilla did for me, and she executed it flawlessly! She was super sweet, professional, and attentive to my pain levels and if I needed breaks, not to mention the tattoo is literally stunning! She is an amazing artist, everybody should book now, I finally got what I've been dreaming of since I was like 13. The shop itself is clean, you can easily find it off of the 215 or the 60. The prices are very reasonable for the work you get. The other artists/piercers are nice and give off a welcoming vibe, and they're funny too!
