Almost impossible to get a hold of someone. I called and I sent an email. I finally had a chance to stop by but the guy i talked to seemed distracted and uninterested. He kept talking and joking around with someone I assumed was staff but I didn't see them. I told him I would think about it. Im not going back. Customer service is different that tattoo skills. You might just need a shop manager or a dedicated front desk person. read more

Okay so years ago I came here with my boyfriend and that time and his friend. Both went as walk-ins to get tattoos. They were really amazing, especially for price! My future mother-in-law wanted a tattoo for her 55th. So I referred her to rendition because of my past experience there. She was also a walk in and they treated her right! The tattoos have always come out even better than the drawings.He's a little weird and has some questionable taste in music, but it's easy to look past once you see his skills. Brian Seghers is an amazing tattoo artist and I have been a very pleased and happy customer of his for over six years now. He never ceases to amaze me by the art he has done not only on myself but on others too. After my first small tattoo by him and then shortly after getting my 3/4 sleeve, I knew he would be the artist I would continue to go to for any of my work. I think when you're getting a tattoo it's important to trust the person doing it. I went in for a simple wrist tattoo (just a cross) and Jake ended up taking a look at an old hip tattoo i got at a different shop when I was eighteen. The design had been terrible (what was supposed to be a moon looked like the letter C). I had long since given up on the tattoo, but Jake had a vision! He was able to reshape and redesign it beautifully. I wish I had before and after photos but I never took photos of my old tattoo because I hated it lol.
