I got my piercing and it seemed like she was struggling to get the jewelry in, she didn't walk me through the process, just started poking needles in me and the forcing the jewelry into my skin, the process took about 15 minutes; which I now know it shouldn't take that long. Anyways the jewelry rejected and I called to get it removed they said no problem. Once again she is struggling to now remove the jewelry. I asked her if she has ever done this and she says NO. Please don't offer services that you have never done. I asked her to stop and went to Cholo. He was SO KIND, professional, and got the jewelry out in less than 30 seconds with no pain Please, go to Cholo! Don't waste your money here! I spent $180 on a dermal I no longer have!
